I'll be honest and say that I'm not sure how much I would be committed to this, cant commit to working out regularly (at the gym), although, can keep it up and make it a good pace for a few months, and if I see gains, I'm sure to keep on going.

I'm also into Small Penis Humiliation (SPH); so my comments may occassionally veer into that direction. If you're interested in gaining more girth, I don't see a problem. You're starting about where I started, and I gained an inch midshaft and glans, and over an inch at the base.

Thanks for your comments. SPH isnt a huge part of my life or anything - just how I get off sexually sometimes. It's more a fetish than anything else. And nothing "really" tramatic ever happened - it's just my brain was kind of wired that way to take things in that direction.

Anyhow - if you have any questions about SPH, I'll be happy to entertain (although, I'm not like an expert or anything, and the community is somewhat fragmented and small, ironically). Very recently there's been commercial interest in this sector (high profits cause niche markets I guess) - but nothing too good or highly subscribed from what I see. However, I feel that for various reasons this community is really a growth opportunity for commercial forces. Penis size HAS become a bigger issue in popular culture - I think those in the SPH fringe now are probably the vanguard of a building underculture of male body image disorder; it's very possible that the age of Mutually Destructive Pressure of male and female body expectation has arrived. Neither side wins, both sides become crazier but no one could stop it.

Not much. I'm not going to measure for a while, so that I dont get too disappointed (I know not to get my hopes up, but still).

I did a bit too many kegels last night and my PC muscles are hurting today. But I've only been doing it for a few days, so hopefully this is just starting pains teaching me that I'm doing it right. BTW - I still love kegels, they give me much more control, I cant wait to keep on getting better at it.

I'm getting better at Jelqs, but I still dont understand what a Uli is - I try looking it up, but all I get is a TON of referenses TO it, but nothing really DESCRIBING it.

I'm really afriad of hurting my dick (obviously) and would love to keep intensity up, I dont want to risk hurting my dick. As a rule - how much can you "push your luck" - so to speak? No matter what you say, I'll take it slow and easy with it.

lol, I'm an ass. I typically either am just trying to be funny, trying to make sense of something, or yeah disagreeing or pointing out another side to a topic. It makes no difference to me what people think of my intelligence, but I can't help but point out the things that I think pertaining to the thread's subject. This all sounds pretty normal for a beginner. What you DON'T WANT TO DO, pal, is continue if you feel any sharp pain. Sharp pain is not good. Stop whatever you're doing if you feel sharp pain. O.K.?

It's o.k. to take it nice and easy at the start. This is my opinion only, but P.E. should be a somewhat pleasurable experience--not unlike masturbating--but, of course, you are not going to masturbate--at least not while you're doing these exercises. I started out at fifteen minutes a day--then soon upped it to a half hour--then an hour--then 90 minutes--then two hours. But that was several weeks to a month or two down the road. I'm sure you get what I'm getting at.

Remember, slow and easy--then you can build up as your penis gets in better condition to handle the stress of these exercises--it's not unlike any kind of body building exercise.

But, I'm working on it here and there, 10 minutes here of Jelqing, 10 minutes there for stretching. We'lls see what happens.

Like I said - this IS like working out - I wouldnt expect to see sixpack abs in a day, I dont expect to see a 10 inch dick in a day either.

Bought a clamp at Home Depot, med size. Keeps my veins popping and the penis really needs a good warming down/up before and after these things. IS this mainly for girth or length?

I'm kind of slacking on my Kegels. I mean to do a lot more of them than I end up doing.

Other than that; nothing. I'm not sure whether to make pictures bi-weekly or monthly. Bi-weekly is better data, but then again, more disappointment potential.

Dude you definitely should NOT be clamping at this point. You will hear that alot, and it's true. Your tunicae must be extremely tough not to get damaged after only a few times doing this.
All it will do is force the fluid through the tunicae and under the skin which will keep you from making any gains, in addition to possibly causing a tear in any one of the blood vessels in there so that you'll start to get E.D.
Try your best not to slack on your kegels, they are an integral part of gaining not just erections for sex.
I usually try to do them whenever I am thinking about it throughout the day, they can be done anywhere.
The bi-weekly thing sounds kind of cool as you could eventually create a pretty cool little photo series. Beware though as you might get discouraged with such short intervals and burn out too quickly.

As for the picts; every two weeks would give me 26 data points in the year (give or take, depending on my laziness and such), since I expect gains to only happens on the time scale of months, it's PROBABLY about right.

Just gotta keep myself motivated!

Just wanted to add this measured picture. You can clearly see that my penis is off by pretty precisely 1/16th of an inch on either side. Not that this matters much, just wanted to show a really good measured version of the width.

This is part of the April 08 2006 shoot - so no Penis Enlargement evidence can be seen here.

As for Kegels - I'm still doing them, but I just can never feel that I can ever do "enough" of them. I just get that feeling.
 
Just an update - I should post new progress pics today but I have been battling a cold for the past day or so (stomach thing mainly). Aside from the fact that I would doubt to see anything anyhow, I decided take the next opportunity (in another two weeks) to update on size and pictures.

Things Noticed - I do notice that the flaccid "look" is a bit more veiny and the color is a bit darker. Other than that, today is just a day off for me (been "training" for 13 days straight, one off, see how that works).
