Ya, my standing bone pressed is 7 3/4" and my sitting BPenis EnlargementL is 8". I have a very low exit point so there is a large variation as to how much is exposed when sitting or standing.

Thanks a lot GS. 8" is a great measurement to have. The goal I have in mind is to get to 8" NBPenis EnlargementL standing becuase thats the way the studies are done, standing up. In my head, it won't be legit until I get that 8" standing up non bone pressed.

I think it is really important that guys know that NBP gains are more about weight loss than Penis Enlargement.

ya, but if your weight doesn't change and you make a gain it will show in NBP state as well.

I haven't been around on the forum too much recently and its because i've been really focused on Penis Enlargement. I am determined to hit 7 1/2" NBP by April!!!

shit that's pretty hard. 25 minutes of those would leave my grip more tired than anything lol. i try to do some when i stretch, but i never really count them. plus, it's hard for me to hold the squeeze for 5 seconds while i stretch

It only takes me 5 mins. to do the 300, I also swap hands back and forth when thy get tired. This 5 minute easy routine is actually not only maintaining my Pelvic Floor Muscle strength but over the past three weeks it has improved. My orgasms are just still amazing! I can't wait to see what April brings with this routine.

then i guess you don't hold for 5 minutes. i just did the math and it came out to 25 minutes even. 5 seconds x 300 reps=1500 seconds. 1500/60=25 minutes. i might add some more to my daily stretching

It is such an easy routine, I can't imagine why guys wouldn't just do it.

Not only does it strengthen your PFM's but it actually stretches the ischiocavernosus muscle which helps to provide length gains, strongly increases orgasm intesity, helps you shoot further and bigger loads, and gives you steel hard erections. All this in just 5 minutes a day.....
