Yeah I am like Money Mayweather, I mix up my routine in the daily. Other than that, I have some fun with it.

Couldn't go to the gym this morning I was exhausted from leg day yesterday. Plus I am running the mile at 8.5 mph, which is not impressive for someone that does cardio but for me who i am almost exclusively a weight lifter it niceeeee. Trying to get that up to 9 mph by next week.

Man I felt drained today of everything, physically drained, mentally drained with zero motivation. Somehow worked up the courage to go to the gym, went did my thing not as hard as usual but ok. So I kept it simple with PE today.

1. 10 min heating pad warm up
2. New Routine on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]
3. Heating pad 1 hour.

3. 5 min heating pad warm down
4. 15 min clamp
5. 1 hour cock ring
