Funny you say that because No Xplode is my pre workout since I was a teen. If you think No Xplide is crazy, try Mr. Hyde, it gives you tingles in your face and shit. I barely feel No Xplode anymore.

So today a fellow member from 2004 came back to our site, Egghed. Long story short he mentioned something about the gains he made using clamping. Recently Ive also been reading Sneakystretcher's journal and he also does clamping. Ive been curious about this for quite some time, I realize it is not the safest method to do but after all this I was like....

So on my lunch break I went to home depot got myself a cable clamp, stopped by the sex shop and bought some cock rings. And my routine went like this.

15 warm up heating pad/youtube
15 mins hang 15 lbs
5 mins clamp (easing in)
15 mins clamp
cock ring 1 hour

They are different methods, it is true that for a brief instance you can pull harder on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] than what you can hang. Sustaining 15 lbs or whatever it may be for you for a period of 20 mins is no joke, fatigue sets in and it starts to creep up to your butthole.

Ive done hanging exclusively for a month and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] exclusively for a month without having the gains suffer, they do produce similar results. I try to PE every day, I have not measured yet this time around. But a year ago when I was making .25" a month gains I was doing PE everyday no exceptions. And I was really pushing myself to my limits with hanging.

I think I will measure around the 27-29th I took some days off etc specially before I got into the swing of things.

Today I feel like I got in one of the best PE workouts Ive had in a while.

15 min heating pad warmup
20 mins hanging 15lbs
15 mins clamp
2 hours cock ring

no thrills no bullshit, straight up intensity
