Yeah I am like Money Mayweather, I mix up my routine in the daily. Other than that, I have some fun with it.
Couldn't go to the gym this morning I was exhausted from leg day yesterday. Plus I am running the mile at 8.5 mph, which is not impressive for someone that does cardio but for me who i am almost exclusively a weight lifter it niceeeee. Trying to get that up to 9 mph by next week.
