Well, don't ask me how but I still managed to make the weekly goal of 2 pounds.

Last week 176 lbs
This week 174 lbs


Thank god I made the decision to buy a scale, cause by looking in the mirror sometimes you get a little discouraged of not being there yet and start to think you look the same as before. But truth is Ive lost 14 pounds in a month and half there's no way I look the same. I am exactly half way of where I want to be, I want to get to 160 lbs. At two pounds a week that's seven more weeks to go ideally, but we all know as you get closer to the weight you want it starts to get harder to loose weight. We'll see!
 
Yesterday increased the hanging weight from 4 lbs to 6 lbs.

I dunno if I will do much today, just got back from this hiphop music festival. Somehow managed ton go back stage, fuck I even got on stage and took some snaps. Drank for free a lot, some free shots of this weird shit didnt taste like vodka, didnt taste like tequila probably some cheap ass gin. Got tipsy but met hella bitches down there and cool dudes too. Those cambodian girls, asian but with a black booty... the type that look like they wax their butthole. Got some numbers, probably going out again tonight, so I dunno if I can do gym today, probably not a good a idea to do it tipsy anyways. So go to gym or mac on bitches? We'll see, I will definitely try to hang though.

EDIT: Ended up going to the gym, and then to a bar. No hanging unfortunately, will hang tomorrow.

you doing any kind of diet or only caloric deficit?

I wish you luck. I'm trying to cut fat too while building muscle. Yes it's possible you just need to be on a caloric deficit and need to eat 1.5 g protein per pound of bodyweight. Trying to just see my 6 pack and get leaner because I want to look good for my ex.

YUP! I just need to start the physical shit :) But I look pretty fucking good right now.

I am 5'7" right now I am at 174 lbs, I started at 188. I want to get down to 165 lbs and possibly 160 lbs depends, as I mentioned before I am a fairly muscular guy. So I am not sure how much weight I can drop, Ive been down to 160 lbs but I am certain I am bigger than I was back then. I am already wearing slim fit clothes without it being too tight, so we'll see... Yeah I guess I do calorie deficit, it wasn't too hard for me to get that deficit since I had a bad habit of drinking too much soda, as soon as I dropped it and a little bit of exercise the weight starting coming off pretty quick.

I didn't hang yesterday but I did start hanging 6 pounds instead of 4 lbs since sunday? yeah. I got sick on Tuesday cold/nasal bullshit and I think going to the gym last night made it worst. So as far as gym goes I think I will be taking days off, but will continue PE.

this just dawned on me, I haven't been sick since I started PE almost 19 months ago...wonder if there's any correlation??
