I know everyone on this forum is wondering... "Did rocky loose weight this weight?" Well I did, I went from 178 last week to 176 this week. Slow but steady, hopefully by november I hit 165. Depending on how I feel, I might go for the 160 and be super ripped. Didn't start hanging yesterday, laundry is a bitch. And getting the quarters pisses me off, its just time consuming and I want to do gym, PE, hit up a taco place, mack on bitches but laundry gets in the way. In the past I got to hang up to 15 pounds I believe, but that was a year and half ago. I am gonna start light today with half a galon which is about 4 pounds. Let you guys know how it went tomorrow.

Yeah I started with a diet and started loosing weight with it, then I started implementing exercise. I am only doing weight lifting no cardio, Ive been weight lifter for a long time now. Though I am not huge, I am fairly muscular. Ive been down to 160, at that weight I am fairly ripped. Can't wait to get down there again. Can't lie though I pig out once or twice a week maybe I could be dropping weight faster, burritos may be bad for the diet but good for the soul lol.

@DLD thanks. So I am hanging 20 mins for now starting slow, 1-2 hours healing extended and jelq if I still got time for it. Maybe I will implement some stretching.

This completely through me for a loop and now I think I want to lose 10 more pounds. I will know more tomorrow. I hope my progress is better than I imagine.

:( Not the best news but still positive. I am in perfect health which is awesome. Now my last time I had a physical was 6 months ago. I weighed in at 226 pounds. Today I weighed in at 184 pounds. I want to be at 170 so 14 more pounds and I will take my final pictures.

It seemed legit from the outside, in the hood, mexicans etc. But when I look at the menu and they only had the basic meats I knew it was a basic place. Not tripes, head, tongue, bahh... Ended up ordering carnitas, and the burrito was subpar. Will go to one of my trusted places tomorrow and get this taken care of.

Leg day today, went pretty hard on it. My leg press is increasing, so is my squat. Im going deep squat like a boss, granted its only 180 lbs deep squat for 10 but nonetheless a month ago I was doing 90 lbs for 10 not deep. I see my calves are getting more firm, but not really getting defined as I want we'll see. My calve muscles are not super long but they are not the ones the rest high closer to the knee so I don't know if I can get the calves I want hopefully yes. Maybe they will tone up and look badass anyways.

Bout to hang, thank god for the electric heater I hated doing the soak towel thing. Also went to the burrito place, good shit. I pigged out about 3-4 times this week so I am expecting less than stellar results at the weigh in tomorrow.I watched a little adult entertainment yesterday to see if quitting it helped get harder erections.
