I'm trying the heavy duty tape dispenser--three inches in diameter--with enough tape left on it to give it greater strength. I think this may do the trick. Tom used it but found it too painful. It will need some padding. Very intense indeed!!!!
According to this thread, the jury is still out on how much one's LOT affects gains. From what I've just read, it's supposed to drop with time. Mine is still quite high: 9 o'clock. It was at 11 o'clock three years ago. If I probe my upper scrotum attached to the base of my shaft, I sure as hell can feel more (internal) penis buried there. Hmmmm! We shall see.

I agree with the LOT deal but I think it has very little to do with Expressive Stretching on hind sight. My idea behind developing this exercise was to be able to "express" more penis via exposing more root and essentially moving all areas of the penis (inner and outer) forward. Mandingo is the best example of this and it is easy to see my objective when you catch a side shot of Mandingo's penis. Look at the yellow area of this picture of Mandingo's penis, it is set forward, much more so than most men (by about 2") His "actual" penis may be 8" but the expression of the internal structures make it 10", see my point?

DLD what would you advise for sets and reps with this exercise and anyother advice when performing it.

No video yet, it will be recorded with the rest of the exercises that have not been put to film yet. These stretches will not be effective unless you use a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words], or something like it, to pull your package through. I know that a few guys have done very well with these. They are extremely intense and you can actually feel the internal structures stretching.

Penis Enlargement is trial and error. There is allot of educated guesses but obviously we have been on the right track since we started these types of groups online.
