He seems to be continuously growing over the past few years. He either is an old looking 13 year old or he has the golden-child routine.

2 Handed Expressive Stretch:
Massage testicles and penis to ensure they are as relaxed as possible. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Stretching in opposite directions (balls left and penis right then penis left balls right)

Hang Enhancing Stretch
Being sure your penis and testicles are as relaxed as possible, bring your testicles and penis through the center hole of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. Once completed, place the arms of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] across your lap. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Now stretch your penis upward while you stretch your scrotum downward switch direction (scrotum up penis down)

I Tried this new stretch, and all I have to say is WOW I see the light.
This is a good one DLD. I really pulled the internal Penis out. It helped me get
the inch I really needed. I have been experimenting with this one "Guys, after you have Pulled the internal out, try twisting(bundled it) the shaft and balls". I in a "A" Stretches its has doubled my gain. No Lie I believe you have found a keeper. I am currently 9.5 BPL and Try Dry Jelqing Down-Words. I got some good gains out of that also. 7.5 mid Shaft. Sorry for the long post but it is worth the try for the fellow vets.

When I first saw Mandingo, years ago, he appeared to be 8-8.5 inches long. Today he is pushing 11 (bp) so I believe he did or does Penis Enlargement unless he has some 25 year long puberty stage:)

You need a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] you have to get into this postion
but you need to pull the whole penis though the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and pull from behind the balls.
 
and the 7Th run is now available! Including the Pandora Model:)
