OVERVIEW
I have been inspired to write a new superset for width due to the folks down at bangboat.com. There is a guy that is from this site that has incredible width. The kind of width that makes you say oh my gawd! Anyway my girth is quite good at nearly 7" and thanks to great innovations like Supra's Slammers and Girth Busters I am very happy with my girth. What I really want to work on is width.

Width gives the penis an incredible look. My width now with 48 hours rest is almost 2.4". I really want to tack on another .25". I put together these new supersets over the past couple days and I am getting some good initial results. After a workout I am definitely wider (not as wide as I like but this routine will get me there)

I am going to do this daily. The entire routine takes about 30-40 minutes. I plan to train girth every other day using GIRTH BUSTERS and SUPRA SLAMMERS every other day.

I also strap on the Ring Of Power After these seeions for about 2 hours to keep the biggest pump I can. Keeping it in this expanded state really shows up during sex at night.

I feel this will be my best way to increase my width, maintain my girth while using all the available exercise I feel works best.


DLD Bends
Step One:
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand .

Step Two:
With other hand grab penis just below the head. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis.

Step Three:
Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between
the hands in a slinky type movement.

SUPenis EnlargementR-SET with

TOILET COMPRESSION SQUEEZES:
With an 80-90% erection in a seated on the rim of the toilet (Seat Up) Flatten your penis against the rim. Start at the base and work up to just below the head. Imagine your penis has 3 separate segments, the lower, the mid and the upper. Each segment should be flattened for 30 seconds.

Complete 10 Super-Sets



I am looking at my new routine as 3 areas of training:

1. GIRTH every other day
2. LENGTH every day
3. WIDTH every day (Sun. off)
I do all length first thing in the morning.
I train GIRTH and WIDTH in the late afternoon

Been doing ATS rollers while constricted a more extreme version of this ya mention for months, sure it works well.

Why do you NEVER endorse the constrictors DLD??????????????
TONS of guys gain from them.

 
Are you doing the girth busters and my Supra Slammers before this? And is step 1-3 just regular dld bends?

I'm gonna add this to my routine as well. I'm a cunt hair (thats a little bit or 1/8"ish) over 2" wide now and would like more width too. I've had complements on the forums before on the "belly" my penis has ....I have a well developed "lower chamber" but, my penis needs broader shoulders ;)
 
I am trying to build the perfect routine for myself, something that covers every detail with the most powerful exercises. I also want to keep things interesting and super-sets and the constant variety of exercises will keep things very fun. When I use this many different exercises in one routine it is so important for me to make a solid routine that I follow to the letter.

I hope to change this by addressing WIDTH as an independent part of Penis Enlargement. I think most GIRTH exercise produces good depth to the penis while lacking to attack WIDTH. Looking at WIDTH separately will allow me to give full mental concentration to it.
 
I fully agree DLD I am normally a touch over 2" in width and with the slammers and the DLD bends I hit 2 1/4" which looked awesome. I have always wanted to work on besides "depth" girth. I think width is very cool. I think "cementing" 2 1/4 - 2 1/2" would be perfect.
Have to find one of those "frog mouth" women that someone said in an earlier post. Oh well the reseach to find one would be fun

Exactly...If you get the good width every mouth will look like a frog stretched out over your member. I think looking at WIDTH as a completely separate part of Penis Enlargement is going to definetly make bigger gains possible.

Now how is this for WIDTH...I edited out the dick so it can stay in this forum but believe me when I say 3" of WIDTH would be awesome:D

Just for kicks ...I was in the bathroom at work and did a couple of ulis and DLD slinky bends and we are talking about flaccid except for the pump from the slammers lastnight. And even in that state there was a difference in width. I think that there is some serious progression in the state of Penis Enlargement right now between these and Supra's Slammers. I have been doing ATS rollers while constricted and I went from 2.3/2.4 inches in width to 3 inches width after 20 minutes of them...these are what I shall use.
 
Could these be done by using a clamp device at the base, then using a Power Jelq device to compress each "section" of cock instead of using the toilet seat or some other flat surface?

I do them without the clamp for convenience. You can use any flat surface...I use my computer table.

Well as I said I do the ATS rollers, they were made by the now dead ATS....he was a MOD here and at PP sad to hear he had gone months ago, his wife emailed me.

Anyways I do these at full erection while CLAMPenis EnlargementD, now I than get my cock lube it up and slap it on the desk...leave it their like pastry, and get the rolling pin and start to squeeze down hard and roll out to the head, keep repeating OVER and OVER, push hard, mix and match with slow pushes and fast ones, deep and shallow movements of the pin.

After say 5 minutes get stimmed some more, kegel and start again.
Do this for 30 minutes and I gurantee you will look HUGE and it stays for hours later to, this is gunna give me 2.5 inches width oneday.

I'm really amazed and excited about these new Penis Enlargement exercises. I'm still on phase one, but can't wait to see these perfected and integrated into future phases of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] program.

Just finished another set and I got a 1/2 wideness increase and my total girth was up .75 inches! I love this exercise!

Thanks! Well DLD Bends and Compression squeezes have always been a staple in my program but recently I created these super sets. Like I said earlier I am much wider after a session flaccid and erect.

DLD I agree with you 110% on width needing tobe a SEPARATE discipline in this art we do....I have ALWAYS treated this way, you will know this...I made the manuel presser jelq and squzzes which are for doing when ya take a piss and shiet now and again, they helped my width.

Girth exercsie IMHO dunt give ya the wideness, it gives depth.

getTing there thanks to ThiS exerciSe. After each time I get FinishEd with the routine i am 1/2 of an inch wider and my over all girth is close to up by an inch. thiS is has got to be a miracle exercise.

How long should I do the DLD bend before going into the toilet compression Squeeze? When you say flatten your penis against the rim are you just being stationary at each section of flattening or do you use a small us and down motion-like press on your penis on each section?? Roughly how many repititions of supersets take up 30-40 min?

Me too, and my width is staying even all the way up my shaft. I wish I would have done these earlier in my career. I have even gotten the almighty JEN compliment on how much thicker it is! That speaks chapters in itself!

WHOEVER has not tried these PLEASE DO SO...The effect is awesome.

I stay stationary on each section for 30 seconds. I separate the shaft into 3 sections, the base, the middle and the upper. When I am flattening it I am rocking my palm a bit to intensify the flattening. I use the palm of my hand and use the other hand to put pressure on that hand.

My workout doing these takes anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I have suggested 10 sets but I usually go longer. I try not to focus to much on time but on the exercise.

I have been in the wings as an admirer for months and now I have come out of hiding with a big hello to the incredible people here especially doublelongdaddy. Getting back to the topic at hand, DLD Width Expansion Super Sets (what a mouthful) are a major advancement in penis enlargement as far as I am concerned. The individualized look at width as a separate component to the major parts of penis enlargement is genius.

I have done each of the exercises mentioned here but not in this phenomenal order. I too have been seeing an extreme change in the width and overall girth of my penis after this exercise.

doublelongdaddy do you think these will become part of your members site, it would be an incredible thing to see you do these on video. I am currently doing your forth phase with perfect gains. I have added these to your Girth Busters and the change is genius.
