Ok heres my width routine. This is what ive been working on for a month. It may need tweaked hoping DLD could help. First i used a few round wooden dial,wrapped it with a cut [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. Make sure you can move your shaft up and down some and slide one of the wooden dials under your shaft , resting on the sides of the exdender.
After you have gotten all the dials in under your shaft you will see and feel the pressure. After that take a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and wrap up your whole shaft and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Your shaft should be wide. You can even get semi hard and put a clamp on then do the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] exercise. After about 4 to 5 hours i take it off do a good warm down then a few jelqs and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] for another 25 minutes. Then warm down again and put on the ring of power for coulpe hours.
Starting out you may have to take it off every hour and warm it back up or do some jelqs. But thats been my width routine for the past month.
