Here is my current routine:

• Warm Up
• Basic Stretches (Forward, Down, Left, Right)
• Squatting Stretches
• Crank Rotations (Left and Right)
• Tugs (Forward, Up, Down, Left Right)
• V-Stretches (15 sec intervals, circulation, 4 sets)
• 500 Kegels
• Dry Jelqs (150)
• Wet Jelqs (400 Fast)
• Upward Wet Jelqs (100)
• Downward Wet Jelqs (200)
• Wet Jelqs (100 Slow)
• Base Squeezes
• Horse440 Squeezes (10 sec intervals, 3 sets)
• Basic Stretches (Forward, Down, Left, Right)

I have noticed something, tonight. When I do the base stretches and Horse Squeezes I get the most length and girth noticable temporary increase. All I had time for were base squeezes that I hold for a while while masturbating the head of my penis. I got an AWESOME pump from this and my penis looked a lot longer as well as fatter. Makes me want to do nothing but those.

Haven't done anything today except for the base squeezes and Horse's. That's alright though, I'm thinking that I may need to attack the tunica.. I'll keep at this routine until the next measuring day (6/18/2003). I'll hit it hard tonight.

Grrrr, last night = no workout. :( This morning I did some basic stretches as well as a TON of DLD Blasters and the Base Squeezes and Horse's. Maybe tonight...

Hell yes!! Gotta be one of the best workouts!! Not many exercises to it, but it was extreme, I felt every bit of it. Here's what I did.

I didn't keep a number of reps and sets, but here goes:

Started off by hopping in the shower and warming up with that. Decided to start with Girth. Did some dry jelqs, then some wet jelqs, then some base squeezes with some masturbation and practice for holding back the cum. Did that over and over and over and over and over and over and over. In other words, I did that a lot. Then eventually after the 238947239847238947th time doing it, i made myself blow the load, god, it's never felt better, I believe it was because I kept holding it back and holding and holding. Then I went on to stretches. Did a few basic ones then supersetted DLD Blasters and Floor Stretches. Did a bunch of those. That's pretty much it. Sorry if this post sounds like rubbish, but i'm just so happy. :D Also, since I get my Thera-P wrap tomorrow, I went ahead and put some tape around my balls and shaft (sticky side up mind you) and then wrapped a rubber band around it. Just for a little bit extra, working great.

This morning I only did about 150 dry jelqs and the base/horse squeezes. I figured after the workout from last night, it needed a little longer of a break. Tonight I'm gonna hit it good again. Checked LOT again today and I was just curious.. If your LOT is when you can't FEEL the tugback mine's at about 8:30, if it's when you can't see it, my LOT is like 6. :p

Last time i spoke to Redzulu i was 6.85 inches, now i am 7.18 inches. So, Red, i jumped from a 6inck cock, to a 7.18 cock.

Im going to do 6 on and one off from now on.
My routine wiill only consist of wet jelqing and kegels and lazy ass strecthes.

1) I will start monday with 400 strong wet jelqs. I will increase my jelqs every month by 100 for purposes of moderation.

2) I will do the lazy stetches, on the contrary, every single day.
3) I will also do Kegels everyday as well.

Well guys wish me good luck on my goal of trying to reach 8 inches in length. I will post you guys concerning my girth sooner or later though. And i will be here to help anyone who needs it.

Another "sort-of" off day, and I measured my ELBP today it's at: 6.7" i'll measure my EG tomorrow. I've also been wearing my Thera-P wrap all day (10 hours while at work) and now for about 2 hours, hopefully I will see some flaccid gains. :)

I can tell my flaccid length is longer as well, I'll measure after I get off of work. Also, tonight, I'll make sure to do a really good routine. Cause I already have my short but VERY, VERY, effective girth routine.

Did some massages and got lots of erections last night, then went to sleep. Woke up this morning and everything is back to normal, currently off for a few days. Also re-measured my length today since I've been off. Now:

ELBP: 6.8"

Erect Length (Bone Pressed): 6.8"
Erect Girth: 5"
Flaccid Length (Bone Pressed): 4.75"
Flaccid Girth: 4.5"

I believe I'll let my Erect Length play catch up, since during this time off is when I've seemed to gain. Probably start back up Monday. Maybe I should go something like 5 on 2 off. Hmmm...

Oopsies! I couldn't help but do some exercises last night, ehehhe the vein came back and so did the ring just below the glans. Light masturbating and getting frequent erections is helping get rid of them both. The vein will be gone by tonight and the fluid is already gone.

Also, to clear up a question about LOT (an explanation as I understand it anyways ......... and the logic behind it), if you grab the glans and stretch away from your body, your LOT is the point at which the glans itself will not move when you kegel. If you are going by the movement at the base of the penis, that is innacurate because the tunica and the rest of the internal structures still move inwards when you flex your PC muscle, but the head does not move because the ligaments are being forced to take all the pressure of the pull you are exerting on the penis. I am by no means a Penis Enlargement expert (to tell the truth, anyone who has been at it 2 weeks or more has more actual experience than myself right now as far as the actual exercises go), but as a methodological approach, I would retest my LOT and regardless of where it is I would continue to do what you are doing if you are continuing to make gains. If your LOT is at 6:00 and you happen to hit a plateau, maybe then switch to a routine that is focused on upward angle stretches. If it is at 8:00, attack those ligaments with no mercy then go for some upward stretching routines after you make it lower. As I said, I am not a Penis Enlargement guru by any means (yet :p), but this is my view from a logical standpoing (offered only as friendly advice, not trying to come off as a know-it-all). Whether you take that advice or not I hope I at least answered your questions about LOT, and best of luck to you!

Vein isn't hard anymore, and swelling below the head has gone down, but the vein is still pretty big. Gonna wait till Monday, while still doing some massages and hot wraps.

Still waiting for Monday, but good news during these off days. I appear to have increased my length and girth to 7x5.5.

Which made me want to measure everything, so:

Erect Length (Bone Pressed): 7"
Erect Girth: 5.5"
Flaccid Length (Bone Pressed): 5"
Flaccid Girth: 4.8"

Not bad. :) Also started taking some Zinc and L-Arginine.

Yeah, my lot is about 8:30 or so, but with what I just read, LOT shouldn't be much of a problem anymore:

I have just stumbled on one of the coolest discoveries. You can temporarily change your LOT by doing Bundled stretches. I started to mess with this yesterday. When in a fairly tight Bundle my LOT is visible at almost every level! What does this mean? It could mean the world for those who have low LOTS. I did strictly LIG stretching yesterday in a tight Bundle and my LIGS were screaming up until this morning. I just went to the bathroom and tested my LOT again Bundled and I can get tugback at EVERY increment. If this is the case then this could mean additional LIG stretch we never thought possible.

What does this mean? My Theory is this:

If we are able to temporarily shorten the ligs to create tugback at any level then theoretically we can continue to LIG stretch even when our natural LOT is lost. This is the reason I think I was able to make Lig gains for so long after my LOT was lost at sub 7:00 angles.

Well lately, after I've been doing my girth exercises I hardly do length, like maybe 3 or 4 sets of however many reps i feel like. It's not scheduled out or anything like that. I do some Blasters and Squatting Stretches, usually hold the squatting stretches for 25 secs or so. The Blasters, I do quick ones then I slow them down, and keep repeating that. Doesn't take long at all, but I'm still going! :D

Injury is completely healed, I've been taking it easy these past weeks and also gaining confidence and learning psychology. Lots of fun things, but anyways, yesterday I had a very intense workout, I seem to be getting lazy with my stretches though, and with extra girth I'm getting it's making my penis look smaller. I'm gonna go have another hardcore workout in a minute. Hopefully, gonna go crazy on those stretches.

I don't know what Horse 440s squeezes are :confused:
 
Base Squeezes are where you hold the extreme base of your penis, and kegel blood in. I like to Squeeze, release, kegel, squeeze. Make sure you trap the blood in, I do this until my dick looks like its about to explode (do what feels comfortable to you). Then you just hold it for however long, make sure not to let any of the blood get out. I keep kegeling while I'm doing this as well, to keep the max amount of blood in.

Horse440's are where you do the same thing and after your penis is at the exploding point :D you squeeze your penis head, to where the blood goes out of it and into the shaft. Since your hand is also holding the base, it can only go to the middle of your shaft. Making more engorgement.

Be very careful when doing these exercises though, also now whenever I do them. After each 45 second hold or so, I'll massage my penis just so i don't get any clots or anything. (Damn thrombosed vein!) :D

Hope you cemented your gains while you were gone.

Have you come up with anything for glans size increase? It's been on my mind and you mentioned it earlier in this thread: that you feel your girth gains are making the glans seem ill-proportioned.

I'm thinking that a grip behind the head during something like a base stretch would be effective. Comments?

And, glans-related, I'd like to know why the cs is never targeted, or have I missed a discussion?
 
Yeah I believe a base squeeze and a grip right behind the glands or about an inch back from the glands would be great. The inch back will give you a little room to push the blood up and into the head. I'll try this today! I need to do one helluva routine!

Finished up tonight with a pretty good stretch routine, much better than I've done for the past month. This lack of motivation started after that thrombosed vein, it's long gone now.. Think I'll go do some stretches.

Hell yes! I did my routine, in full, no slacking whatsoever, felt it in EVERY exercise! I know my girth got up to 6.5 at least while doing the girth exercises, and the ligs, well they got WORKED! Hell yes!! FINALLY I AM BACK!!

This morning I woke up with a morning wood and I couldn't help but pull out the old ruler.. I dunno if my eyes were playing tricks on me or not, but the ruler said 7.2" I'm not gonna take this as an official measurement, I'll wait till Sunday (Saturday and Sunday are days off) to measure again.

Keep up the great work man! Slow, steady progress is the key! Not just gainswise either, also with your routine. Finding what the best routine is for you, developing it, fine tuning it, and most importantly, STICKING with it!

Just got to do the stretches tonight, after starting the 'V' Stretches the sharp pain in the base scared me, so I didn't continue. That's ok though cause Sunday I did girth anyways! :D
