I don't know if it has any added benefits other than it's what is comfortable for me. I've tried stretching while seated but the diagonal stetching up/down Just isn't the same & the btc stretches are done standing anyways. Maybe i just like looking at myself in the mirror haha 😜

I don't know what has happend to me. I'm very depressed and have lost my PE mojo. I have a weird virus that is giving me respiratory troubles and cognitive issues as well. I'm gonna take a rest day and let my body try to heal and try to come back with my routine in the next day or so. It really is discouraging. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. It's through his grace that all things are possible, so I know he and my fellow brothers will see me through the darkness that depression will inevitably see its way into all of out lives at one point or another. The hearts and minds of mankind are weak. However, the love between us and his guidance are the truth that points our ship out of the murky waters.
 
Hoping for a speedy turnaround for you brother Figi, I know you'll bounce back & have that mojo return. Enjoy your rest time even though it may be unwanted, a day off here & there is but a footstep in the dirt of the long trail we are walking along. I feel for you my Brother, I am away getting help for my depression right now. It is a tough place to be and I hope to be able to help you with the help I am getting. I can tell you that the darkness does pass, I go through depression every year and it always eventually lifts. The best advice I can give you is to stay in the moment and to keep your mind occupied with whatever you can. I will watch tv, read, write, draw, pretty much anything to keep myself in the present. I will keep you in my prayers.

I fixed my wine vac. There is a silver lining I suppose. There was a bunch of build up on the adapter causing too much suction and , thus not allowing quick detachment for my pulling pressure technique. A quick cleaning took care of this issue. I will try to get to church on Sunday and get back on the length path this coming week. Voorhees, I am thinking of you and praying for your recovery. DLD, as always praying for your depression to lift. Shortdick, I'm praying for your gains as well. Boohoohoo, I am praying for your next weight of 22lbs to go smoothly, you madman! Yeah. The mojo is lost. I just can't get into it like I should be. I have the most difficulty getting through the discomfort. I tried doing manual stretches and I couldn't get through the discomfort.

I did the same thing last night, I just didn't post it. I didn't really feel like it was warranted.

Anyone got any advice for getting back into it? The mindset is just not there. I am pretty depressed with other aspects of my life, which seems to have bled into my PE life. This hasn't really ever been a problem, since I have channelled my pain into my workout dive in the past. Currently I am just unable to do that. Maybe with some time this will change.

The only advice I can give is maybe the discomfort is either from over training your penis or else the combination of girth and length. I personally would take a couple of days off to see if I feel better afterwards or else I would consider dropping girth until you get your desired length.

Maybe a routine of length and girth on separate days would be best. This will allow total focus on the specific training for that day. It may even bring faster gains.

Yeah. Sometimes I guess those rest day are bad and sometimes they are good. I think every few days I may just do one aspect of training and use it as a placemarker? I've been super depressed lately and I'm sure that was most of it, but like in weight lifting, I think we need to respect a rest day here and there and also use the concept of a Deload. We still want to go in and do work to keep ourselves conditioned, but not totally goes bananas.

Better to find your groove than over train yourself. A good pe routine is one we can handle each day. Going too hard too fast will lead to injury and having to take time off.

That sounds reasonable. I thought I was doing ok with the amount of work I was doing. It never seemed super dangerous. Just, with the time spent out of the groove, I need to do break back in in steps. If what I'm hearing correctly, you are encouraging me to find a moderate to intense program based on my goals to stave off injury and maximize consistency? I think I can get behind that. Seems better than beating the shit out of myself for a month solid and taking 4 or 5 days "off."

I am only suggesting that there nay be a better way to gain in any given situation and when gain are slow or not happening at all it is important to find another method of training. As I said earlier there are infinite ways we can change and modify a routine.
 
In a month i skipped two or three days whit no exerciising and then when i dont exercise seems like a month passed me by,thats not a great thing but my mind play tricks on me haha anyway.definitely need a stronger willpower,distractions and lack of privacy are a damn nightmare......

I get confused and im like what the hell..i have this small calendar and i mark the days i exercise,sometimes even when i check it i forget to mark a day and i just can remember if i had a session or not...:P

Kinda sucks cuz it's a pain in the ass to use. I can actually get up to 220 and above with it, but it pull really hard on my sac and wants to eat my tiny balls. It's cool to wine vac it up to 220 and have the gaitor leave a circle the entire circumference of my fat pad. The pull is amazing and I can get above 6.5 in of temp girth expansion without batting an eye. The problem is you need about 1.5 liters of water to fill it and I don't have a great set up right now for that; I only have a shower right now in my pump station. As for the lack of water after a sesh in te [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]herc[/words], yeah. There is less than 300 ml of water after a session. It's kinda fun, but I am worried that I'll have to release the pressure and wait a while for the expansion to go down for a while to remove the tube. It's pretty nuts. I'm not even 6 in girth yet, but my fluid retention is off the charts past 20 min.

This seems like a good blue print for my daily routine for the rest of feb. I'm subscribing to a routine that is intense, yet is sustainable for a long haul. This will be the minimum, as I may end up adding morning workouts consisting of Manual stretches and a short 20 min hang. I'm not going to be a guy who has 2hrs a day to hang, but I see the virtue in doing multiple sets- if time wil allow. I'm not sure they will happen, since at my inch in a year inception I wanted to get those in. My schedule just hasn't allowed it. Perhaps it is because I do workout 2 hrs a day 4 days a week. Maybe if I can try super hard, I may do 2 a days on my non workout days??? Which would be 3 additional workouts per week.

Again. I would like to thank you guys for your support when I had a dark moment there. Things were pretty bleak. It's my hope I can at least pull it together these next two weeks and pull out some more gian.

What is your overall opinion of the different [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] products you have? Do you think they have given you any increased length or is it all just girth? How much girth have you gained from it?

Also, I have read a lot of warnings that pumps, including the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], cause erection issues, has that happened to you? Like are you a lot softer then before you started?

I don't intend to begin any girth work for something in the range of 1-3 years, but when I do I am considering a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] as central to my routine just like hanging is for me now. I trust your opinion so I just want to see what you think.
