13.5 comes from the time of stretches that I do. I do 3 sets of 30 sec each in three directions down, straight out and up. So, it's 1.5 min of each stretch times 3, in each direction in three different planes. 1.5 x 3 = 4.5 x 3 = 13.5... As an aside, the downward stretches to the sides end up being a pseudo
btc style stretch, so that's why there's not a separate set for those. I never felt the straight back

hanging I felt like it wasn't needed as the straight down hang was covered. I am glad even the master can see the virtue in doing something in lieu of nothing. Seems like you have a good program in your short window. Would you mind sharing what that is? Id be interested to hear what you find pertinent to do in such cases.
