Holy fing shit!

Tonight I was chasing the hang, and the hang won. I was shooting for 30 min at 10 lbs, but I had to tap at 25 min. The pain on my ligs was insane. I did a quick check on my glands and they were starting to become too cold. I can usually take it for a little while with extending, but the weight made it very uncomfortable. As I write, I'm burritoed in my heat pad and there seems to be some superficial brusing on the head. I don't quite know what to make of it. I hope it goes away soon. I'll heat pad for a while and probably just take a hot shower and do some massage and call it a night. I think the reason this happened because i stayed in the chamber too long. I went from one set of 7.5 to 10 lbs without re-wrapping. I will now subscribe to re-wrapping after each set to insure this is no longer an issue. It's like woodshop. A few minutes of extra bullshit to stay safe, will make you keep your eyes and fingers. Here is what I did.

Warm up
9 min basic stretches ( wasn't feeling downward stretches tonight)

25 min off a stool stretch @ 10 lbs ( this is where things got out of control. The stretch was crazy, my ligs were on fire from the get go and I ran into trouble.)

I'm going to take it easy with this new poundages and maybe shoot for shorter hangs at first and move up slowly.

I've had bruising deep in the glans tissue in the past from strapping too tight for too long in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and had blood pool that got trapped. It stayed there for a couple of days before (and this will sound gross) my body pushed it out, it worked it's way to the surface, scabbed and fell off, it was black!! (dried blood) 😲 not saying it to sketch you out, more just relaying a personal mishap. You better believe I kept my dick hidden from the missus that week!! Shit looked like it had the plague 😷

That does sound sketch. Mine is pretty superficial. Looks like the gland got folded on one side from the weight eventually, and it just kinda formed a spot for blood to pool. It's all but gone now. There is a faint line, and I'll report back tomorrow. Might just do some manuals and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for the time being.

I agree with the bad to basics comment. Every Brother here should prepare for such a situation when they can't do their regular routine. Putting together a manual routine that can be used anywhere is just plain smart. I am in that position now, where I am has very little privacy and lots of people running around. I have to do my entire routine in the shower room and it needs to fit into a 20 minute slot so I have a scaled down version of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] that I use...getting something in is better than getting nothing in!

13.5 comes from the time of stretches that I do. I do 3 sets of 30 sec each in three directions down, straight out and up. So, it's 1.5 min of each stretch times 3, in each direction in three different planes. 1.5 x 3 = 4.5 x 3 = 13.5... As an aside, the downward stretches to the sides end up being a pseudo btc style stretch, so that's why there's not a separate set for those. I never felt the straight back btc stretch, so I just felt like the abridge set worked for me. It may be that I have to split things up and do girth in the am and length in the pm. I see myself being able to streamline girth and get it done visa 553 and hope that will pan out to work. I can blast that shit pretty quickly. Let me know what you guys think.

As far as the hanging goes, do not rush things. It could very well be a fact that the reason you feel like you can't move past 10 lbs at this point is because that is doing enough for you in terms of gaining, and after you measure if you find that to be the case then keep progressing slowly. Remember, hanging is not a weight lifting competition, you are generally only supposed to move up either when you stop seeing gains or if you truly feel conditioned to a certain weight and feel the need to move up.

You should also look into getting smaller weight increments. I have weights that are .5 lbs, 1.25 lbs, and 2.5 lbs, and in the past I have gone up as slowly as .5 lbs over a period of two weeks.
