30 min @ 7.5 lbs hanging (10 min bundled/ 5 on each side)

7.5 lbs doesn't seem that much heavier, but I'll go slow and steady to realize the lower weight gains.
 
I'm feeling a little lazy, but the hanging feels pretty good, so I'll focus on that today.

I'll be keen to see how trading off the manual stretching and hanging pans out for you Figi, it's something I've been contemplating for down the track. Supersetting with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is fine for now but ridiculously time consuming, I would love to trade an hour and a half extending for a 20 minute set of hanging between manuals. Maybe in a few months.

You can add DLD's Size Blasters, exercise that cover both length and girth, it's based on grasping the inner penis as much as possible by digging your hand into pelvic, or to use low base grip to simply pull out your inner penis.

It's not bad. The wrapping and re wrapping is just as big of a pain in the ass as it is for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. But we will see If the gains are Infact better. I'm not even getting an hour of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after many of my workouts. I've been just to exhausted and want to sleep.

I wanted to try out the lying hanging angle and start slow with a warm up weight. It's and interesting angle and hope there are length gains there.

Bunch or bullshit. I didn't stay with anything in particular. I began my PE journey with jelqs, stretches and moved on to pumping about 3 months later. A typical night would be as follows:

Warm up
Pump 20-30 min

Had a few thrombosis and cord scares, but I always got over them quickly and just pressed on with crazy pump sessions. I also mess around with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] stretches, but always kinda hated them and don't really equate much of my gains to them. I think most of my gains came from pumping at moderate intensity for long periods. I would do 20-45 min and hold my pressure consistent with a vac mod at 180-210. I hope that sheds lights on my ADD PE pumping for the past three years. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I like this statement, sounds like good work, but why you keep doing 2x10 minutes of edging, maybe you should do it once but 45 minutes.

Because I was clamped. Ten min of edging doesn't seem like much, but when it's clamped it gets pretty nutty. That's a crazy workout too.

So there is one thing I want to mention based on what I have seen in your thread so far. You aren't sticking to the minimum 10 hours of weekly hanging rule, and instead are going with the hardcore hanging method of one set a day.

Based on my experience with hanging, if you are only hanging 7.5 lbs for one 20 minute set then you will definitely not see any gains unless you are one of those truly lucky guys that responds well to hanging. If you are only going to do one set you need to move up to a weight that brings on fatigue during your 1 set and that you have issues completing. I am not saying jump up to 25 lbs tomorrow, but unless 7.5 lbs is really causing you fatigue you need to move up. According to Bib most of the hard gainers when it comes to hanging begin to see gains starting at 15 lbs, so keep that in mind.

Another thing is I used to hang sets that were an hour long without taking a break. I am not recommending you do that, but I really don't think it will hurt at all if you do a 30 minute set instead of a 20 minute set, and DLD himself told me this would not be an issue. Just saying, consider going for 30 minutes instead of 20.

Good luck buddy, and I am not sure if you are into Rugby or not but Figi is amazing at rugby 7's!

I just started to hang, so I'm going into it slow and steady increasing weigt over time. I honestly don't have time to do 10 hrs a week at any weight, but thought that after I'm all stretched out, it couldn't hurt. I did do 3x20 one day and it seems ok, but I will need to work up to that as well. Plus, you're right; 7.5 lbs ain't shit, but it is a start, and I am feeling pretty fatigued from it at least during. Who knows, it may be something that will work as i am able to increase weight and time in tandem. I. Weight lifting terms, I'm just starting to get my rhythm. Thanks for the advice.

Can't sleep. Warming up with 13.5 min of basic [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] stretches and shooting for 10 min of regular hanging, 10 min of edge of the bed hanging and 10 min of hanging while sitting on the edge of a stool @ 7.5 lbs in one set. Next week I'm gonna feel out 10 lbs. woo! That shit sounds heavy as heck.
