So we are not too different in this area. I had a 2.5" fat pad only 5 months before the Perfect Penis movie. I am at around an inch or a bit more, I will measure tonight. When I was at 2.5" I weighed 280 pounds and I was 5' 10".

Yeah the fad pad is a total bummer. I recently started to press my fat pad in and look at my cock, and it looks pretty damn long when it's not covered up by the fat pad. I am going to get this fat issue handled, it is just a matter of time and commitment.

That's what I'm shifting my focus to over this month. Less fat pad and more endurance for sex. Better body. The whole deal. I hate my fat pad and I can't wait for it to just plain be gone. Takes so much work but it's not contestable whether it's worth it.

Awesome goal and I am in your corner praying for you to drop that weight. Dropping the weight will be the fastest length gain you have ever made. I remember, after gaining 2", that it made little difference because it was buried in 2.5" of fat pad. When I finally dropped the weight and was able to see the totality of my gains, at that point, brought so much joy and cause to celebrate. I have been in a similar place over the last 15 months, even though I was bone pressed at 10.7 I was non-bone pressed of closer to 8". Today, after dropping much of the weight, I am at a non-bone pressed at around 9" or a bit less. I would like to be at 1/2" pad with a NBP of 9.5".

You and I can both do this DLD. The fat pad is nothing in the way of a determined man.

I have been on again, off again with exercise, but starting tomorrow I am going to get serious about it. In my experience diet is the most crucial thing one can do in order to drop weight, but exercise definitely helps the progression of weight loss. I will eventually begin to lift weights again and sculpt my body back to what it once was, but only after I get back down to around 240 lbs.

I was fucking tired after a really long day today, but I made myself do my set. I am starting to feel like the hardcore hanging method of just doing one set a day doesn't work for me, but I will stick to it at the least until my 90 days are up. It would be incredible if I could gain 2.5 inches over 2 years just by doing on 30 minute set a day with heavy weights, but I just don't know if it is going to happen.

If after 90 days I don't see gains I am going to transition into doing 2 hours of daily hanging at 15 lbs. That got me results in the past, so we will see what happens.
 
Its more of the same bro just make sure to check your bpfsl's to forecast what gains you can expect with which system

I made it up, but I've also heard it being used by people I don't know so I don't think I'm the original inventor lol.

Okay, so I missed more than a few days because I let the holidays and marijuana ruin my motivation. I stopped hanging and I also put on weight.

So now what I am going to do is start a 120 day challenge. During this challenge I will avoid marijuana entirely, I will diet and exercise, and I will hang per the hardcore hanging method every single day. The goal is to get to 260 lbs and BPEL of at least 7.5 inches. See you all on the other side.
