You smoked spice? Get outta here XD! I smoked that shit just wen it came out, and didn't do much more than give a headache. Recently though they've taken out this ultra version of spice that literally shuts down the brain. I was just sittin there in the truck no able to think much less move. Then a few minutes later my motor skills were out the window when I could get up.

It was labeled Skunk. I got it from some European site and it tasted like shit, but it did kick my ass. Then I got into mixing with the real deal and salvia. Literally can drive you off the deep end. I wouldn't recommend it.
 
90 Day Challenge

Starting today, I am going to do a 90 day challenge of PE combined with weight loss. I will continue hanging per the hardcore hanging method, and I will throw in at least 20 minutes of jelqing daily. I will not miss a single day, and my goal is to be comfortably over 7.5 inches BPEL by the end of this period. If I am, I will continue. If not I will take a break from PE until I feel it is time to go at it a different way.

Current Weight: 318 lbs

I will post the word complete for each day once I am done. See you all on the other side (hopefully with a longer penis).

I fucking love jelqing because every time I jelq my erection quality goes up the next day. It is fucking spectacular to have a monster erection. I also measured today with the increased EQ and although all of my measurements varied, I would say I'm about 7.25 bpel. Here's to 7.5 and beyond (as Longth would say).

I'm 6'2''. My goal weight is around 205 lbs. I should mention that although I weigh 315 I don't look incredibly fat. I'm certainly big, but since I have a decent amount of muscle I don't look as fat as I probably should. One thing that really bugs me, however, is that my fat pad is slightly over 2 inches. That's a huge amount of hidden cock. I am 5 inches NBPEL and about 7.25 BPEL.

It might be of interest for you specifically, DLD, to know that I am bi polar. Before I was diagnosed I was around 230 and muscular, but once I started taking the medication my weight just kept going up more and more.

The good news is that now I'm committed to losing the weight so if all goes as planned I should be fine within a year to a year and a half.

Mania weight loss is just not a reality in the sense that it is in anyway a diet. When I am manic and I lose 100 pounds in one month it is not diet at all, it is staying awake for days on end, moving constantly, getting more and more manic as the days pass only to crash and burn. I end up in the hospital, they put me back on my meds and I gain all the weight back, it is a vicious cycle. I literally have fat pants and skinny pants! I go from a 38" waist down to a 28" waist. This time the weight loss was worked for, I had to diet and exercise, I had to get good rest, I had to stop blaming the meds for my weight gain and start taking responsibility for it. I feel so much better about the 20 pounds I lost over 6 months than I do about manic weight loss, I earned it!

That sounds really intense. Hopefully I will continue to lose this weight and good things will happen. Got to stay positive!

If you want some help with designing a workout routine, let me know. I'm not a personal trainer, but I'm smarter than ~99% of people you meet in the gym as far as exercise selection and stronger than them too.

I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to exercise, my weight issue is more a matter or discipline/depression rather than being a novice. I was an athlete most of my life, from different sports to bodybuilding. I even worked as a personal trainer for a short time. Thanks for the offer though, I appreciate it.

I will get my weight in order soon enough, all I have to do is be consistent and disciplined with my diet.

I can really understand how depression can get in the way of bettering yourself, I suffered with this all last year. I was overweight and so depressed I could barely take a shower never mind take up an exercise and diet. I had to get my head straight first and this is when the weight started to come off. As I said in another thread, I am about 5 pounds off my goal weight and it took me about 7 months to do it. Over that time I lost about 40 pounds. Today, when I look back on my beginning pictures it feels fabulous to have dropped the weight.

You and me both man. I'm trying to just get started with a diet but I hear a double cheese burger calling my name for dinner tonight. Or a plate of nachos. Or 7 tacos.

Just need to eat my basic deli sandwich and be done with it.

The thing is I would have a much better life and penis if I lost the weight, even more than any amount of PE could possibly help me. My NBPEL is at 5 inches right now, which is very much not impressive. Compare that to around 7.25 BPEL. If I can just get ripped again I'm looking at something like 6.75 NBPEL, and that's without adding the gains from PE.

My personal goal is the quarter inch pad. Just because that would put me just under 8 nbp. My biggest gripe is how the fat pad hits my flaccid length. Really is just obnoxious to have hanging around. Hiding my hard earned gains. Just got to say screw the endorphins and just eat for your body instead of your taste buds.

Yup, at one time my fat pad was almost 3"! All the gains I was making, as I got fatter, fell further and further into my fat pad. Today I am about an inch, want to be at 1/2"
