So I did my normal hanging once or twice in the past 5 days, but I took a few days off for a reason I shall not name (laziness). I was supposed to measure today, but since I didn't hang consistently recently I am going to make sure to hang every day from now on and measure on the 13th instead.

Just looking at my penis I honestly don't feel like it is growing or has grown. It could be because I have gotten fatter since I first started PE and also because I have just gotten used to the larger size over time so now it has become normal to me. If I don't hit above 8.5 BPEL by August I am going to switch to jelqing or possibly a jelq/SG combo.

Well if you have gained weight around the pubic area you may not see gains in non-bone pressed, you may even see a loss here but that means nothing about real gains. Real gains are measure bone-pressed and this is where you should put your confidence. Getting a better non-bone pressed measurement has little to do with PE and more to do with exercise, diet and weight loss. I am looking forward to your gains!

More and more men are becoming exclusive to either girth or length, this appears to be a good move.

I think it's a good move. I need to close a gap in length, so when I come back in a week or so, I'll just be using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] AND [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] exclusively for a 90 "challenge" to pick up the slack in my goal.

Hey guys, I'm back!

I stopped hanging a few months back because my EQ got to the point where I couldn't stay hard for 30 seconds when trying to have sex. I am not going to say that hanging itself caused this problem because it may have been a result of me doing 1 hour long sets without any breaks. That being said, I am going to set hanging aside at least for a while and maybe permanently. The reason is because I cannot find 10 hours a week to hang if I follow Bib's recommendations, and I also am not truly interested in hanging incredibly heavy weights off my penis with the Hardcore Hanging method.

I am interested in jelqing right now, and that is all I am going to be doing for the next 6 months. My routine will be to wet jelq in a non erect state for 10 minutes a day with the goal of gaining in length. I will not measure until 6 months is up, and depending how things go I will decide how to proceed after this time period.

Current stats: 7.125 inches BPEL (I lost all of my gains from hanging).

I will post every session I do to keep track of how consistent I am. See you on the other side!
