So I had a pretty bad experience tonight that I want to share, although I feel like most of you guys will think this is obvious and that I should have known better.

I was about to have sex for the first time with a girl I met recently and my dick would just not get hard for the life of me. Like in a thirty minute span I got hard once for about a minute or two and the rest of the time I stayed pretty much entirely limp. I am pretty sure this was caused by the two hours of hanging prior to me seeing her. Also it could have been the alcohol that I drank prior to us hitting the bed, but I am inclined to believe it was the hanging.

Note to self: do not do PE the day of a sexual encounter...

Don't be to hard on yourself brother. We have all been there and will be there again. It's hard to know when the mood will strike. I would relish that a female wanted to spend intimate time with you and that says a lot and goes a long way in my book. We all strive to have a big penis and bring our a game, but no team has a perfect record. Keep yer chin up big man. Next time lay off the hardcore PE and sauce and I'm sure you'll get her what for.

Hey guys,

Just an update here on the conclusions I have come to and what my new plan of attack will be.

I have decided to give up hanging at least for the time being. Although I am relatively happy with the gains I have made, I still never passed my best length mark of 8 inches BPEL. If I continue to hang I feel I may continue to grow, but my biggest concern is the erection quality issues that have been coming up as a result of hanging. That night that I posted I couldn't get an erection for more than a few seconds led me to do a bit of research and apparently urologists call lack of morning wood and erection issues the first "warning signs" of worse problems to come.


For that reason I have decided to transition into non-erect wet jelqing 20 minutes a day every other day. I have heard of many individuals, including DLD himself, make huge gains with just manual work that is centered around the jelq. Also, from what I remember with my short stint of jelqing it does help erection quality, and if nothing else doesn't hurt it. At this point my goals is still to get to around 10 inches, and I will be more than satisfied with 1 inch gained a year if that is possible.

So, beginning on Sunday I will start jelqing every other day until mid August. If I am happy with the results I will continue, and if not I will look into other methods and possibly reevaluate hanging. I'll be back to reporting my work every session beginning on Sunday!
 
What are the issues with the hanging? Is it know to cause ed? Seems like everything in PE causes ed for some guys and cure it in others.

Thanks for sharing. This type of issue is pretty personal. The brotherhood respects you for your vulnerability. I'm sure you are abreast of why this is causing you difficulty, but are there any other non PE related issues that you can work on like diet and exercise to better your eq? Or perhaps work your PE to the end of the day or beginning of the day to better recover in case of sexual contact? Don't get lost in your own head either. Getting in a doubt cycle is awful. I would also add that basic manual stretches and an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] give me very good erections afterward. Just one mans experience.

I really can't say if hanging causes erection issues. My diet has been poor for about a couple of years now and I pretty much totally stopped exercising a year or so ago. Those two things combined with the stress of any form of PE could be causing the ED. That being said, I am putting hanging on the shelf for the time being because at this point I feel like it is directly the reason that I am having erection issues.

You have to take into consideration that my type of hanging is unlike most (if not all) men's. I was hanging for an hour straight with no break twice a day at 15 lbs. Often times my two daily sets were done within an hour or two of each other. That by itself is enough to cause stress to the point of leading to erection issues IMO. Since I stopped PE a week or two ago it took a bit but my erection quality is coming back.

I also have some other reasons for setting aside hanging. Here they are:

1. It takes too damn long. I really hated hanging really heavy for only one 30 minute set a day. It didn't feel good and I certainly couldn't see myself doing it for years. So that left me going back to my proven old style of two hours a day. Although I like to try to make it work, it is just too much. Who knows, I may throw in one daily set of 30 minutes at a constant weight of 15 lbs which I won't increase. The point, however, is that at this point I don't want to make my life revolve around PE which is what was happening with those 2 hour daily routines. I am fine with a slower rate of gains as long as what I do does in fact lead to gains.

2. I have only really heard of three people gaining more than 2 inches from hanging, and I am not so sure of their results. The first guy is Dash Deming who made the sticky on hardcore hanging. While I don't deny his results, my experience doing one heavy set a day was unpleasant to say the least. The other two are Bib and StillWantMore. Now I am not going to say these two guys lied about their results, but I certainly have never seen any proof and it isn't just a coincidence that those two make hangers for sale.

3. DLD used the jelq heavily to make his early gains. He also claimed to hang monster weights for many sets a day and says he only gaine .5 inches in 6 months. When I think about how he gained very little despite huge efforts with hanging, it just gives me another reason to set it aside. Like I said, I am willing to make gains slowly but surely, and if that means an inch a year so be it.

Alright, so here is another update.

I tried jelqing for a few days and I really dislike it. I am not saying it doesn't work, all I am saying is I physically do not like doing it.

With that in mind I decided to take up hanging again. I have seen results from hanging and it is my favorite type of PE, so I think that is reason enough to begin doing it again. I will try to pay better attention to my body from now on so I don't develop erection issues, but I think there are some other things I can do to counteract ED while still hanging:

1. I have started to exercise again.
2. I will begin lifting weights again tomorrow, which always boosts my erections.
3. I just quit smoking, so that should help circulation issues.
4. I will start doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and other dry girth exercises as these tend to boost my erection quality, although this will only be done at random.
5. Every time I drive somewhere that takes more than 5-10 minutes I will try to kegel as much as possible

Anyways, I am back to hanging and doing my first set for the day as I type this. I will begin posting again tonight :)

Hmm, I might have to look into that next time I have the chance to have sex with a new woman. I am always concerned that those types of pills cause health problems though.
