I believe you are correct and you mentioned something I guess I forgot about. Gains don't seem to come gradually, they just happen all of a sudden in small increments (i.e. a growth spurt). I hope for my own sake that you are right and I hit 8.125 minimum by the 10th of March.

Wow, so I just realized I have been at the same weight for 11 days now. Tomorrow I will increase by either .5 lbs or 1.25 lbs and see how that goes. I believe by the time I measure again on 3/10/2015 I will be above 25 lbs, so lets see if that translates into any increased BPEL. Fingers crossed!

Good, 25 is such a good number to be at. For me it was a big deal, the next came at 50.
 
I just wanted to update my routine thread because I have been off for a couple of days.

I have come to the conclusion based on measuring and visual inspection that hanging one set for 30 minutes a day is not cutting it in terms of leading toward gains. This caused me a great deal of stress and a bit of depression since I spent nearly two months testing out this strategy, but now it is time to move back to doing my old routine of two individual hour long sets. I will continue that routine well into June and if I hit 8.5 BPEL I will know for a fact that it works, so that is my next goal.

I will continue my PE journey either tonight or tomorrow.
 
So as I wrote in the last post after two months of consideration I have come to the conclusion that hanging heavy for a short period of time does not work for me as far as making gains. I took a few days off out of frustration and to get my head straight again, and now I have returned back to my old routine:

2 x 1 hour at 15 lbs

So here is my evaluation of my current routine with respect to what I learned and felt during the hardcore hanging routine of my past two months.

First off, 15 lbs feels so damn light! I barely even feel anything puling on my penis, although since I do sets as long as I do my penis does get somewhat numb after a while. Aside from that, however, it feels great!

Second, while I am currently hanging my second set as I type this, my first set earlier today made me feel like my penis was getting stretched gradually further than with the hardcore hanging routine. What I have noticed is that the hanger slowly pulls my penis further and further, and this only truly occurs because of the length of the set. So if what I am feeling is actually the case, this method seems like it will lead to more flaccid stretch gains, and ultimately BPEL and NBPEL gains.

Third, I am going to keep this routine until June 1 without measuring (hopefully since I have a NEED to measure every damn day). I am not going to add any weight, and I want to see if I can continue to make gains with just using 15 lbs. I remember seeing a clip of Arnold Schwarzenegger on Conan O'Brien where he mentioned that Conan should hang 10 lbs off his dick and it would eventually get longer and longer. I don't know how much of that was intended to just be comedic, but I think there is definitely some value in just sticking to 15 lbs. I do not agree with StillWantMore's idea about needing to continue to raise the weight in order to see further gains (not attacking SWM, this is just my opinion). If [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] work at all, then that should prove that sticking to a single amount of force can lead to gains since [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] work on the basis of using the same amount of resistance but for as many hours as possible. Also, if it was necessary for the weight in hanging to continue to increase, which would be the force applied, then this would also mean that manual work would never work since you always are using the same strength of your hands and arms and the amount of force is not changing much over time.

So all that being said, my next goal is to reach 8.5 inches BPEL by June. If I hit that or somewhere near it I will be more than happy and will continue this routine for as long as necessary/possible or until I reach my ultimate goal of over 10 inches BPEL.

Kinda makes me think about dropping hanging all together and use that 20-30 min for more stretches either manual or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. I do like hanging. I am just not able to find 2 hrs a day to devote to it. Or maybe since I am going straight in to hanging from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] stretches, there could be a synergism at hand there making the hang somewhat productive?

I like the idea of hanging but whenever I have done a serious routine I just can't gain like that. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], to me, is a much better way to go.

No problem. Hopefully over the coming months I can give you much more information on hanging as I (hopefully) progress.

You never know how any given PE technique is going to effect you as an individual. You very well could end up gaining 3 inches of length from hanging only 20 minutes a day, or you could gain nothing. The key is to try it for a period of 1 to three months and then gauge your results.

I honestly still like hanging and think it works, it is just that hanging only one short set a day wasn't giving me the gains I wanted.


Anyways, to update my thread I actually did hang for a couple of days after my last post, but then I suddenly got a horrible sickness and was unable to do anything until today. I was literally on the toilet all day for a few days, so I didn't have the time or energy to hang, especially not for 2 hours. Since I was doing the 30 minute a day most of this month and the rest of it I missed from being sick I will not be measuring tomorrow like I normally would (the 10th of each month is my measurement day). Instead I will measure next month and in the meantime work very hard.
