Hey I was wondering did the rate in which you increase hanging weight slow down at around 20 lbs. Because initially I was trying to keep the weight as low as possible but I was also trying to keep my routine within the hour. I started hanging 4lbs and now I am hanging 12lbs but it really wasn't my intention to increase weight so fast, I just got comfortable with the lower hanging weights fairly quick.

Ideally I would like to do something like you, hang 30 mins and thats it. BTW what angle do you hang in btc? straight down?

I wouldn't say you should follow my routine, just find your own path to gains. What I am doing is not just increasing weight, it is finding strategies that lead to gains. I might at some point drop weight and increase time, who knows.

About the rate of weight increase, the rate at which I increased has gone up from 15 lbs and has not slowed down at all. I just pay attention to the feedback of my penis and move up when it is appropriate. IMO the weight you use and how fast you increase is more important if you are doing very long sets of an hour or more like I used to.

And my angle is straight down. I lay on my bed and hang the weight off the side of it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Its just that time wise it would be convenient for me to keep my hanging routine within an hour because of my studies etc. So thats basically my question how to keep the hanging time low without increasing the weight sooo quick because I feel I get accustomed to weight increases fairly quick.

So you hang of the bed, but what do you do with your legs? I notice different ligs are pulling in different ways depending if my legs are straight down on the ground, elevated on a chair or even when i squat on a stool with my legs on another. What do you make of all this?

The simple answer is just try out different methods and gauge their results over a period of one to two months. If you want go ahead and switch to a routine of only thirty minutes a day and do it religiously for a month. After that go ahead and measure. If you like the results continue, if not come up with a new plan of attack.

I can see how spending too much time hanging can get in the way of some important things in life, so why not try my strategy? Just keep on thing in mind, many hangers do not start seeing results until they reach 15+ lbs. Try different things out and see what works for you!

I lay on the bed with the weight attached by a rope, so I lay down with my legs slightly spread and the weight just hangs off the side of the bed. I do agree that different angles will surely cause the penis/body to be stretched in different ways. I would imagine if someone could truly do BTC hanging they would see great gains with less weight. Do you notice that your hanger pulls or twists if you will to a certain side, and if so, do you imagine this would lead to one side of your base to become englongation dominant?

If that makes sense? My trepidation is that left side is already a bit more developed and dug out. It seems to dominate the hang. I have tried to stick the leg of a stool I. The way as a block to try to stop this, and even moved the opposite handle, the right, to a 2 o'clock position, but I am unsure if this has any effect. The body works as one unit and, much like you described earlier with different angles, the net gain seems to be most important. Any input?

My opinion on a hanger twisting is that it is actually a dangerous thing. I am not so concerned about the gains being uneven as I am that if the force of the hanger is not evenly distributed it will cause, at a minimum, soreness on one side and at most can cause an injury that will force you to stop altogether. When I began hanging for the first time years ago I would sit in a chair with books under my ass, and any time I used a weight over 10 or so pounds the hanger would twist to the left. This caused me a lot of soreness that made me miss some days. The way I solved it was to press the bolts of my Bib into my leg thus holding it in place.

While that was a temporary solution, it wouldn't work over time, especially when the weight is as high as I am now or higher. My advice to you is to entirely change how you are hanging. IMO the most comfortable and safest way that I have found is to lay on your bed and hang off the end of it. I am up to 22.5 lbs now and using my bed I have never once experienced twisting of any kind. Plus it is just much more relaxing to do it this way, particularly if you are spending a long time every day hanging.

This weight is getting light for me, so I guess within a few days I will increase again. I really don't know how much weight I will be hanging within a few months, but it seems like it will be a lot.
 
I figured it was of little consequent, but thought I'd check with the maestro. 12.5 is going pretty well right now. 30 min is starting to become very doable. I think I'll ride this month out with it and up to 15 for March after measuring and seeing where my gains are.

I don't know if you mean that you are going to go directly from 12.5 to 15 on March 1st, but I don't recommend that. Is your smallest weight increment 2.5 lbs? If so I highly suggest you go find smaller weights. My weights are .5 lbs, 1.25 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, and up. If there is a good sports/fishing/hunting store in your area go there and go to the fishing section. That is where you will be able to find almost any increment of weight that you would like and it will cost you less than a dollar a piece. I bought my .5 lbs weight (which is a fishing weight) from one of those stores and if I remember correctly it cost like 75 cents.

Having smaller weights will really help you progress because you can slowly add weight and get used to it instead of jumping up 2.5 lbs at a time and feeling too much pain.

I am a bit frustrated about my size at the moment, and if I do not make it to 8.125 inches BPEL by the 10th of March I am going to return to my previous routine of 2 hour long sets daily.
 
Keep at it boohoohoo, a month is plenty of time for a growth spurt, try not to get frustrated, you have a plan of action if things go less than desired, trust in the process & the ruler will succumb to your will 😃

just read through your thread and enjoyed it very much.

and much respect to the weight loss work.

i myself went from being fit athlete to overweight (75kg to 107kg) and now im back down to 83 kg. (which is more natural as i have also grown since then)

and it is hard ass work.

and interesting approach you have taken on the PE there is alot of places where my theory goes against yours. but never the less what you do works.

i like when my concepts gets challenged. keeps me on the edge.

and i love your dedication to your goals.

keep up the good work and remember to enjoy the travel of p.e it is a road traveller very rarely.

and only a few people walk past the 8 inch marker. so remember this is pioneering your doing mate
