EQ is the most important. Without good EQ you cant fill out the temporary expansion you created to cement it. If your routine is a constant toll on your EQ then it is probably to intense somewhere.

I agree. I have since changed my routine to drastically drop down the amount of time hanging. I decided when I started this log that I will try any and every avenue to make my penis grow over the coming year. So far I have seen some decent results with hanging, but I am fully committed to changing things entirely if I feel I will see better results.

It is like someone just walking into your house and taking it over and you can't do shit about it. Very frustrating and when it happens it really ruins my mood until things are running right again. It is pathetic that business people can't find their own traffic and have to rob ours. I wish I could find the person who did this and kick the living crap out of them.

Well I can totally understand that, but the best thing to know is that at least this site has enough traffic that someone would want to take it over. That, at least, means the message of the brotherhood is getting out there.

Yes we hit more than a million users a month and have superior ranking, these are the reasons slime balls try to steal our traffic.

Took a day off because of a combination of laziness and the whole Holiday's visits took up a lot of my energy. Tomorrow I will increase the weight used, and most likely begin my 10 minutes of daily jelqing. I had planned to measure three days ago, but I held off because of erection issues. I think I will measure after a week or so of adding jelqing to my routine.

Hopefully by tomorrow I will have the time and energy to both raise the weight and also to begin jelqing daily for 10 minutes. Got in my workout for tonight though.

Ok so I just measured a little earlier with pretty good erection quality and I am just barely at 7.75 inches BPEL. That puts me about half an inch ahead of where I was when I started this thread. I am not sure if all of those gains came from when I was hanging 2 hours daily or if my switch to 30 minutes has helped as well. I will increase the weight and continue without anything besides 30 minute sets daily. If one month from now I am not at least a solid 7.75 BPEL or slightly above it I may switch back to 2 hours of daily hanging.

My goal by the beginning of February is to be at or very close to 8 inches BPEL, which would put me as far asI have ever gotten in terms of length. Let's do it!

That's awesome news! 👍

Thanks man!

So I guess I've finally run into a weight that causes a bit too much pressure and will take some getting used to. I might stick with this for up to two or three weeks if necessary, but in the past I have gotten used to new weights relatively quickly. I am going to set aside the idea of wet jelqing after my daily hanging at least for the time being because it is just too messy. I might switch to it in the future, but for now I am going to do a post-hanging routine of about 10 minutes that will consist of edging, erect bends, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], and similar techniques. I am not concerned with bringing about girth gains with these exercises, but I think they can be beneficial to hanging.

So Is the jump of 1.25lbs part of the suggested weight progression routine you're following or is that due to the actual weights you have physically to use? Is it possible to go up by say 0.75lbs, adjust for a session or 2 and then up again? Or am i missing the importance of that particular weight increase? Just ask out of curiosity as I haven't really educated myself on hanging but find your thread/progress interesting ☺

I have the following weights for hanging: .5 lbs, 1.25 lbs, 2.5 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs and more. I am not saying I only have one of each of those, because some of them like the 5 lbs I have 4 of and can buy more. The .5 lbs weight that I have is actually a fishing weight whereas the other are all weights used for weight lifting.

To be honest I progress in weight however I feel like because I have a decent amount of experience hanging (I hung for 9 consecutive months once a couple of years ago). The recommendation that Bib gives i to increase by no more than 15% of the total weight each week. While that is good for beginners, I find it more appealing to listen to my penis. Sometimes I'll hang the same weight for 2 weeks, and then jump by 1.25 lbs. Sometimes I will go a week and increase by .5 lbs. It just depends on the feedback I am feeling from my body.

Yesterday when I posted I didn't attach very well which is why I felt more pressure than usual. I was wrong, it wasn't the weight that was the problem, it was the improper attachment. The thing with hanging is, and I say this having probably hung over 1000 sets over the years, you have to know how to properly wrap and attach. Since I have so much experience I attach very well maybe 19 times out of 20, but every once in a while I attach improperly and it leads to a bit too much pressure (and sometimes I have to take it off and reattach). Something as small as not tightening enough can cause the weight to slip and put too much pressure on the glans (which is what happened to me last night), and there are other issues. Again, in time you get used to attaching and it becomes easy.

I'm really excited to see how far I can take things this year in terms of my overall body image, but particularly with my PE.

If I can gain just 1.25 inches in 12 months that will put me at a solid 9 inches BPEL, which would blow my mind and is the first of my long term goals. Let's make it happen!

what are your goals with this (outside of p.e.)?

Right now I am 300 lbs even at about 6'1.5''. I want to be somewhere in the range of 200-210 lbs. Once I reach something like 205 lbs, I will then focus on reducing as much body fat as I can and adding as much muscle so that while I stay the same weight (205), my body composition changes.

I used to have a really fit looking body and would get a lot of attention from women without even trying, and during this year I want to get as close to that as possible. After that I will try to progress past where I was before and look even better. If it isn't obvious from these comments my main concern is body building, and I only focus on developing my strength in order to make my body look better. I don't train for strength just for the sake of getting stronger.

I used to lift weights in order to look better, but since I changed to body weight exercises I felt like they are better for [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] and flexibility. I still am not sure which one I will do (weights or body weight), but for the time being since I am so out of shape I am just going to focus on cardio. At this point I just want to lose massive amounts of fat and overall weight and I don't care if I lose a good amount of muscle (even though I doubt I will). When I get down below at least 260 lbs then I will begin the strength component of things.

I should also mention that I was a personal trainer a while ago, so I am aware that doing strength exercises helps to burn fat faster, but I am going to put that off for a while regardless.

if youve been fit before it shouldnt be too hard to get down to a good weight, so good luck!

just out of curiosity, how did you manage to let yourself get up to 300lb? i dont mean this in any offensive way, ive just seen fit people/ people with good bodies do it in the past, and as someone with a fairly good body myself (although i train for powerlifting), i could never see myself getting off track like that. it would be interesting to hear how it happened with you, and cold potentially be something i look out for in the future

but anyway yeah, you can definitely do it. if you do it properly this could be a pretty amazing year for you. i went from 130lbs to 205lbs (at similar bf%) within a couple of years naturally. you can definitely drop the weight! if you drop down to 200 and build back some muscle, aswell as gain from p.e, you could be looking at like a 2-3 inch gain in visible length, with a much better body to go with it

I will say one thing before anything else, even though I am 300 lbs I do not look like I am as my body is pretty dense. I certainly do look a bit fat, but not as much as you would expect for someone at my weight.

So I have gone up and down in weight about 2-3 times in my lifetime, and when I say gone up and down I mean at least 50 lbs up or down. The latest time went something like this. I am currently 26. When I was 22 I had developed that really hot body that women liked a lot that I mentioned. I did that by sticking to a body building schedule of 7 days on no days off. Each day I did at lest 16 sets and my routine was:

Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Triceps
Thursday- Back
Friday- Shoulders
Saturday- Biceps
Sunday- Abs

This routine worked pretty well for me in terms of making my body look good, but as you probably already know it wasn't so great if you are looking to make strength gains as it is a bit too much.

So when I was 23 I moved to NYC and by chance at the gym I went to I ran into guys that practice what they call calisthenics, but it is really more like a combination of body weight exercises and gymnastics. You can find similar guys on youtube by checking for a guy named "hannibal" or "barstars" (not sure of the spelling). Shortly after that I dropped lifting weights and started doing calisthenics, which took my workouts from about 1 hour and 15 minutes a day to 30-45 minutes a day.

After that I got in trouble with the law a bit, and that caused me to go into a bit of depression. I am a depression eater, and at that point I stopped my strict diet and got a bit sloppy with how much and the types of food I would eat, and that combined with my reduced workout bumped my weight up to 240-250 lbs.

I stayed at that weight for a while, maybe a year or two, and after getting into a bit of trouble again I was diagnosed as bipolar at the same time that another huge negative event took place in my life that led to more depression. Then I got on bipolar medication that caused me to sleep much more than I used to causing me to miss workouts and eventually stop exercising altogether. At the same time the depression led me to drop my diet entirely and I began overeating daily and also eating junk food at least a couple of times a week.

So at this point I haven't exercised more than a handful of times in over a year and a half and I was eating poorly for much of that time as well, and that made me jump from 240-250 up to 307 at my highest.

Sorry if the grammar or sentence structure in that explanation sucked, but I was typing really fast and haven't looked over it, but I hope you get the point. I have started exercising again and dieting and have come down from my high of 307 lbs about two weeks ago to 301 lbs tonight.

Also one other thing that you mentioned that I didn't speak to. My current NBPEL, which I haven't really written on this thread, is somewhere between 5.5 inches and 6 inches max on a good day. My BPEL is 7.75. That is roughly 2 inches of fat pad give or take. If I lose 1.5 inches of that fat pad and add at least 1.25 inches to bring me to my minimum goal of 9 inches BPEL by 2016, that very modest view of what I can accomplish is already nearly a 3 inch visual difference. Can you imagine if I lose 1.75 inches of fat pad and gain 2 inches lol?

yeah i didnt want to mention it incase it was a sensitive subject, but i had a feeling it was depression that caused the weight gain. happens far too often, i believe it is also the same with DLD. are you still battling the depression now or have you jumped over that hurdle and have it under control? although i dont personally get (severely) depressed, I understand it is a complex condition and can be difficult to get things balanced and under control.

good news is that if youve had a good body before you can get it back again! is there usually a trigger for your depression which snowballs, or can it be random aswell?

Yes, my depression this year (being 9 fucking months long now) has caused me to gain 85 pounds of pure fat. I am now working with my psychiatrist to go on a new medication regiment that will hopefully get me out of this depression and help me drop this weight. If depression was not enough, I have to also gain fat and of course it all goes to my belly and fat pad so I lose so much visual length. Depression sucks!
