You will dude, you have the consistency to achieve your goals and more 😃 was it an erect measurement? Could your recent fatigue be affecting that? Do you track bpfsl? Can't remember if i saw that previously in your thread or not.

Decided to take a day off to give my penis a little rest. I did an unofficial measurement the day before and it left me in a really bad mood. I will be back at it tomorrow with full intensity with the hope that I start seeing some big gains sometime soon.

Hmmm, when you feel this "hardcore exhaustion", is it pain or discomfort that you feel? :)

I can relate to the days where I have measured after some time of very good exercise and not seen what I wanted. For the most part, when I know I have gained but it is not showing up that way on the ruler it is usually due to poor eq or I am worried too much and the measurement just reflects that worry. Give yourself a day off to get eq in solid shape and remeasure and I bet you will see the gain. It is also very smart to measure flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed as gains show up here before they show up in erect length. This, for me, has always been a confidence booster because there is almost always new gains in fsbp measurements that do not depend on eq.

Yes, it was an erect measurement, but I am pretty sure it was in fact the fatigue that caused the issue. The thing is I was smaller than my measurement from the beginning of the month, so I got a bit stressed even though I knew the EQ and fatigue issues were causing it.

I used to track bpfsl, but I decided to try to be a little more patient and just focus on one monthly BPEL measurment. Maybe I will start measuring BPFSL again too, but for now I wont.

The "hardcore exhaustion" was a mix of pain and discomfort. My ligs were crazy sore, the attachment point was sore, and my EQ was not very good. All of these combined really put me in a bad mood.

Just ale sure your eq is very good before you measure again. Poor eq and fatigue can easily leave you with an inch lost in the measurement.

Wow, I didn't think EQ issues and fatigue could make that big of a difference when measuring, good to know. I will do my best to fix any issues I have before measuring again, which will be in about 8 days.

I took a 'curiosity measurement' last night & found less than favourable results. My bpel was only 2 millimeters more than when I started my log in October, & it could have been cause i was pressing pretty hard with the ruler too lolz. I looked at the number & said out loud, "get the f@ck out of here," haha 😅 my eq wasn't great (maybe 80 - 90%) so i just put the ruler away & told myself that i wouldn't do that again til i was sporting something that was hard enough to break bricks with, might swing by the chemist & grab some horny goat weed to help boost eq before i measure next.

Those sort of things are really disappointing. What happened to me is that I was slightly smaller than last months measurement of 7.5 BPEL, so not only did I not grow but I lost some size. I am sure this had something to do with EQ, but it still gets on my nerves, so I totally know where you are coming from.

So after thinking things through I have decided to go with the Hardcore Hanging philosophy that says using progressively heavier weights is more important than time per se. While in the Hardcore Hanging sticky the OP only did one 20 minute set daily, I am going to do 1 hour long set daily with the goal being to raise the weight as much as I can safely do.

My goal in doing this is to gain 1/8 inch per month, or in other words 1 inch every 8 months. If that happens I will be happy with just doing a single set and will continue to do so. If not, I will switch back to 2 hours a day or rather 14 hours a week to make sure I pass the 10 hour a week rule.

Poor eq can mean a loss of an inch or more in measurement, I have had this issue and it is not a fun one. I have learned to wait until my eq was perfect before measuring. I used to pop a Viagra 1/2 hour before measuring, this always got me to my maximum size.

Using Viagra isn't really an option for me, but I believe what I can do is avoid ejaculating for two or three days prior to measuring and measure in the morning prior to any type of PE work. 6 days until measurement day anyways, so let's see what happens.

The amount of time I am hanging is, I feel, going to be an issue as the weight continues to go up. I will try to keep the same amount of time through January to see if I am still making gains or not, but depending on how things go I will either switch to doing a single set of 30 minutes or two 30 minute sets daily.

If I can gain 1/8 inch monthly with only one 30 minute set I will obviously be happiest. Let's see how things go.

That is just fine, as long as you are getting 100% eq you will get your best measurement.

Alright, so I have decided to officially make the switch to 1 set of 30 minutes a day with an emphasis on hardcore hanging (getting the amount of weight hung up as opposed to the time). I am going to skip the measurement I was planning at the end of this month and instead set my next measurement day to the last day of February. My goal is to be 8 inches BPEL by March, or if not to be between 7.75-8 by that time. Let's make it happen!

Those attacks really fuck with everyones timing, I really hope we destroyed all the culprits in this. Nothing I hate more than someone taking over our house for their own gain. Accept my apologies and know that we are always looking to tighten up security.

EQ is the most important. Without good EQ you cant fill out the temporary expansion you created to cement it. If your routine is a constant toll on your EQ then it is probably to intense somewhere.

It is like someone just walking into your house and taking it over and you can't do shit about it. Very frustrating and when it happens it really ruins my mood until things are running right again. It is pathetic that business people can't find their own traffic and have to rob ours. I wish I could find the person who did this and kick the living crap out of them.
