My ligs are really sore at this point, so depending on how I feel I may switch to only doing 1 hour a day for a little while.

Sore ligaments are a great sign of gains but sometimes it can make it too painful for the next workout. Give yourself enough rest that there is no pain during stretching. It is far better to have an intense workout than one you hold back on due to pain.

I feel slightly better right now, and I am currently hanging my first hour long set. I am going to keep monitoring the situation after this set and I will decide if I should continue with my second set later tonight or not. Thanks for the advice DLD, and I hope this soreness does translate directly into gains.
 
Still a bit sore in the ligs today, but I pushed through it. I am still going to monitor the situation, but for now I feel I can stick to my regular routine. I was supposed to increase the weight today, but because of the soreness I am going to push it back. Whenever I feel better or ready I will increase by half a pound, maybe by next week.

Usually 24 hours will bring enough healing that you can start again. Glad to know you feel better so quickly and are back at it.

The second set went really horribly. I had to stop two times. The first time I had to stop in order to go pee, and the second time my glans started to go a little numb so I stopped again for another piss break. From now on I will not be stopping in the middle of a set because it really fucks things up.

Bummer, can totally relate, had just strapped in to my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for a session last week and had been ignoring that slight urge to pee, got about halfway through the 1st set and the combo of staying totally relaxed and reverse kegelling was enough to escalate it to 'oh god gotta pee right now'!!! I was madly spinning wingnuts off & with no time to get my wrap off let fly and i think cause my dick had been compressed it shot out at nearly a 90 degree angle to the right, like when you put your thumb over the end of a hose. It went on the floor and somehow came backwards onto my wrap, which went straight in the bin afterwards, total mess!! Spent about 20 minutes cleaning up and the cutting new lengths of wrap etc, it was funny but annoying at the same time.

Great! For me it is always a 24 hour rest that helps. In the beginning of my PE sometimes the soreness would last longer but after 24 hours I would feel good enough to train again. I never minded the soreness either as it reminded me that I was making progress.

Decided to take a day off to give my penis a little rest. I did an unofficial measurement the day before and it left me in a really bad mood. I will be back at it tomorrow with full intensity with the hope that I start seeing some big gains sometime soon.
