Maybe you should switch to another routine for a few sessions just to rule out problems with your current routine.

Out of every Penis Enlargement exercise I have tried, towel raises are one I never tried, I will give them a go tonight. I have kind of slept on PC exercises lately and this is a great opportunity to try them. Thanks for the reminder.
 
There very intense, I wet a face towel with hot water, ring it out so its damp and not dripping. I do long holds and sometimes I pull the towel downward and kegel and my penis fills with a lot of blood and the kegel rep is tough to hold. This will stay in my routine so I make shore I'm hitting the PC work.

Ballooning after(didnt watch the time on these) I did reverse kegel holds. I see potential in Reverse kegel holds. I know they don't get that much hype but I like them a lot and have to believe these with towel raises, erections will improve and girth gains with be in the near future.

* My back has been giving me trouble for the last month or so. I fell I can get that weight more time than that but I will see next week. Sunday is deadlifts!!!! I fell good for those.

As for Penis Enlargement, I've been having random session here and there but I hope to make a routine. I will go back to the basics. I will do manual stretches,jelq,etc.
 
After my last session I realize I have to take a break from erect work.

I may stop erect work(DLD Blasters/uils/Pumping) all together or save them 1-2 days a week. My erection are soft like a bag of flour. This is from too much erect work. I think I will go back to Stretches,jelq & Kegels. Please offer advice to gain while restoring my boner strength?
