10/2 - For a week I'll have more privacy and hopefully I won't get too many distractions or things to deal with. I'm upping the intensity of my stretches in length and strength. I can hold a stretch for almost four or five minutes max. I can't hold stretches straight up that long, but I will work on that. 20 minutes down, 30 minutes out, and 20 minutes up.
10/3 - 25 minutes down, 30 minutes out, and 20 up. Then two 10 minute clamp sets with edging in between, during, and after, followed by 250 slow, hard jelqs.
