btw: I've been doing the mandingos for 2,5 weeks now and up to this point it hasn't struck me as If had gained already 0,5". But well, I'm sure there are Penis Enlargementrs who gain faster than me, expecially when it comes to length. So individual parameters - as always - mess up the generality of the results to a certain degree. But I find it hard to believe that the majority of a hypothetical pool of probands of a hypothetical inquiry would succeed in that big manner.

As long as an exercise is working, i will stick with it. I found that the __________ is an amazing exercise, and i think i've gained from it as well...
I've just said that to me "AT LEAST one inch in one month" (means you should gain even more) seems a bit exagerate.
I would be very very happy to be wrong, and if someone gains one or more inches in a month, i will be happy to stick with it as well ;)

I think a basic low grip down stretch hits the ligs more than this one , but maybe its just me.
Try to grip at low base of your penis ( around your fat pad ), stretch it down and hit a reverse kegel.
You can do it sitted down but it seems more intense if you do it stand up and pushing your body up.
 
My results so far after roughly 6 weeks of Mandingos, performed at least 4x/week for a period of 30-45 minutes, are 0,25" gained in length. Though, I have to add, that I've done some classic jelqing besides the Mandingos, which could have contributed to the gains. But I think it's a negligible factor, since they constitute only a relatively small part of my girth routine.
I'm absolutely ok with the result because it takes so little effort to perform this exercise. Also I figure that I've just really gotten into the technique within the last two weeks, It feels much more intense now than before. Moreover I upped the volume to 5-6 days a week and 45-60 minutes daily (split into two sessions). I'm looking forward to more gains in the near future. Like this one!

"The __________ Stretch" is an exercise, not a routine. You can implement this exercise within your Penis Enlargement regime. Myself, I use this exercise when casually watching Television, holding the stretch as long as I can as many times as I can during TV time.

I've already agreed with you on that in the first place, mate. look up my posts above again. I just said, that there might be a SMALL amount of Penis Enlargementrs who could be able to achieve that ambitious goal. Who am I to doubt Blue Whales claims? Maybe he himself did gain an 1" or more in a month.
 
Gains keep coming! I'm happy to report another 0,15" added to my length, that makes a new BPenis EnlargementL of 8,3" (NBPenis EnlargementL 7,7") and an overall gain of 0,4 " in about 2 months of Mandingos only. I'm very content with my progress, especially since I don't gain very fast in length. Guess one reason for the efficacy of this exercise is the low leverage point which makes it similar to a near-base grip stretch (recurring to the discussion in Neutron's urologist thread).
 
Just WOW! I've heard of this stretch years ago but never bothered to look it up as I was hanging and pumping, now back into Penis Enlargement, just manually for the last 2/3months decided to try it out! B00M! this stretch is GOLD! after the usual workout, i done 10 minutes un-bundled followed by an incredibly intense 10 minute bundle session. I was doing 1 minute sets and the last few were cut short due to intensity! I take my hat off to blue whale for this! brilliant!

lol, this is not as easy as it sounds. The good news is most of the exercises have been recorded and will be added as we finish editing so we should be pretty up to date video wise on all the exercises. As new exercises, tools and routines happen we will try to keep up with the videos.
 
There's pictures in this thread. Idk I was able to understand the stretch immediately and have never understood why some don't get it. How do you post videos, if I'm told I'll make one and post it

Now rotate your hand 180 degrees so your palm is facing upwards.Your whole dick except the glands should be on the knuckles which serves as a lever point or fulcrum but because of the rotation of the fist it also bundles your dick(bundling can be controled you can bundle your dick multiple times thats up to you) similar to DLD-s double bundled strech.

Now when you are in position where you have rotated your fist 180 degrees(or more) and your palm is facing up with you holding the dick just beneath the glands and your shaft is on you knuckles your down side of thr palm should be resting around your belly which wil enable you to generate incredible amount of force without spending energy.

Now for the final part.The way you generate leverage is simply by bringing your wrist upwards without moving any other part of your arm just using your wrist as a leverage(your fist is on the belly).You dont pull upwards like in an upward stretch rather its an adduction of the wrist shown in the 3 rd exercise on the next link http://www.exrx.net/Articulations/Wr...l#anchor263084

When doing the stretch you should feel extreme sterching of the inner penis from the shaft all the way to the ass if you put your hand on the part of the dick thats closest to your ass you should feel extreme hardness.
The stretch is very painfull also.If you dont feel extreme inner dick strecth you are doing something wrong.

On little thing.If youre dick is 2 big put some pading around your knuckles so it spreads better around your knuckles enabling you more tightness.

One last thing i wanna give credit to DLD whos done great thing for Penis Enlargement comunity with his hard work and inovative exercises that take 1000-s of hours to be created.
