Dude, that was hillarious. Straight up. This is what Im doing man, I feel ya on the whole not the same thing, thing. Im starting to feel the negative results of ���� so I know it is important to stop, but for the girth routines what I did the other day and seemed to work perfect; had the best jelq session ever, penis was at optimum erection level. Last night was difficult. I had to use mental and a few clothes women pics to stimulate. Remember we have to train our minds to get stimulated by just the sight of a women now. We have been warped into only using ���� for girth that we can't do it without. This is a struggle but it isn't impossible. I am goin to have a girth sesh when I get home from finals today and let you guys know how I remedied the situation. (Last day of finals!!!!). The trick is to remove "will power" from the equation. Instead of making your goal to "not look at ����" or "not jerk off", make your goal to identify that lead to those behaviors and start there. Scrambling your patterns will stop giving your brain the familiar message that it's supposed to jerk off.

In other words:

Figure out when you tend to jerk off or look at ����, it will most likely follow some kind of habit pattern. For example, is it in the morning? If it is, identify the components of your "���� routine--"is it after or before you brush your teeth? If it's before you brush your teeth, then all you need to think about is brushing your teeth right after you wake up (you get the idea). Once you've identified those situations, transform the cues that precede them and put your brain in unfamiliar territory so it cements new patterns.

I've adapted a lot of this advice from the book "The Power of Habit", which goes into detail on modern psychology's model of how habits are formed (and how everybody from advertisers to football coaches gain leverage through this model).

65th day without ejaculation, yes. Not jerking off was actually way easier to stop than ����. Here are the stages I've gone through with ����:


Stage one (first few days to about two weeks): I would find myself watching ���� whenever I "used to." I would let myself do this and in fact there would be some days where I would lose a lot of time to it by just watching ����, "edging", but not jerking off.

Stage two (two weeks to about a month): I would actually go watch ���� and touch my dick to develop my discipline--I would actually go find the most erotic stuff I could and sit there and touch my dick while breathing deeply and embracing the desire to ejaculate so that I stopped being emotionally attached to the desire (I obviously didn't jerk off during this period, just edged). In other words, I embraced the desire but transformed the energy. Towards the end of this, I found myself either watching ���� for entertainment like you would watch TV or watching ���� to compare sizes and try and figure out what X dick size actually looked like etc (in the same way you would watch bodybuilding videos if you were into bodybuilding).

Stage three (30 days to 50 days): Once I showed myself in stage two that I can demonstrate control and don't need ���� at all to be sexual, looking at ���� slowly stopped making sense.

Stage four (about the last two weeks): I now see both looking at ���� and jerking off as extreme signs of self-disrespect and regression in consciousness to a place I don't want to go again. Rather than being even remotely pleasurable, just the thought of looking at ���� evokes a sickness in the pit of my stomach similar to thinking about eating something disgusting. The same holds true for masturbation or really ejaculation in any form.



Overall, I would posit that someone has no idea of the true meaning of "doing Penis Enlargement for yourself" until you have stopped masturbating, stopped having sex, and broken your emotional attachment to looking at ����.

As for your "how many people have you killed" question, I actually find myself to be both much calmer yet much more able to channel controlled aggression in the situations it's appropriate.

Wonderful video! Simply informative! I agree that masturbation and ����������� when used in the wrong way are both very harmful to the psychology of a man. That being said we should all still persue our gains but not at the cost of destroying our minds.
