Ok you can't do that, cause it only has a built in memory card, you should have some cables in your box that the phone came in, that you could connect to the pc. It should connect to the phone and the PC.

Dude get your Box that the iphone come in, look inside in there should be cables, you know how to have sex right? you look at the cable then look at the phone and the phone should have a hole the same shape as this cable you plug it in LOL and do the same for the PC.

I don't wanna knock anyone, but why did you NOTICE a problem and then 5 hours later went through a pretty brutal routine, already being injuried...That's like someone spraining their knee, but running the next 5 miles of the race. You are basically setting yourself up for a more severe injury.
