I know my problem of late is related to doing girth work for the first time over the last month+. Mos bros seem to say that can degrade EQ at first. As always, train thru it. I shall make kegels a part of my routine and I'm sure it will help. Consistency of life is an issue lately. I need to work hard at both jobs to have enough to live off... messes up my ability to do anything consistently.

I am finding many reasons and exceptions to erection quality in my past 16 weeks of studying masturbation and it's primary factors in gaining size, erection quality and using certain periods as length oriented training. Awesome! I guess that the reason why you've been talking about this for so long and still haven't posted it is that you want to perfect and refine it as much as possible and then post it. I am very excited about it and I hope it gets out soon and as perfected as possible! :)

The fix to this is pretty simple, but a little bit hard for some.

I am saying that in order to make your PC stronger (and het better erections), you must exercise it. Stretching is not a PC muscle exercise- it is just streteching of the ligaments, tunica and inner penis pullout. Kegels are a fantastic way of getting a stronger PC. In terms of length gains- I do not recommend doing kegels during stretching, I recommend the complete opposite- reverse kegels. But I see 3 ways of making your penis better:

-working for length
-working for girth
-working for improving your EQ

and the reason whhy I wrote this is because I see no way the PC muscle gets exercised when you do stretches. I might not be right and would love to hear other people's opinions on this :)
