I have had decreased EQ since entering my thirties. There are many reasons for this, and while my EQ isn't pitiful (it's sufficient to have sex) I'd certainly say it never gets to 100% anymore.
My EQ is poorer because:
1) I lack confidence due to my size issues
2) I smoke
3) I was on antidepressants for 10 years (have been off them for 8 years, but erection quality went south in my mid-twenties. Was bona fide impotent on a few occasions, although never for any more than a couple of weeks).
4) I work shift patterns. These have f*cked my body clock and messed with general body functionality (metabolism, sleeping patterns) and creativity to a degree
5) I watch �naked people movies� and pound the muppet most days - and have done so for years.
All of these choices have ruined my EQ. Like I said, I can get it up but not 100%.
Since starting PE a week ago, my EQ has improved. Still not 100%, but I still smoke and I still work nightshift/dayshift rotational patterns. The �naked people movies� is gone, because I have learned on this very forum how it can be detrimental to EQ, and thinking about it, I agree. When I whack it, I'm probably only about 70% erect a lot of the time. The smoking, I am working on. Not much I can do about the shifts at the minute, but the PE will hopefully deal with the confidence issues once I start seeing gains.
I have looked at diet as a big deal. I do cardio and lift weights so I'm not unfit, but my diet could be cleaner. I've read a lot - licorice, chocolate, blackcurrants, watermelon, pistachios - these and many other foods are supposedly good for supercharging your purple-headed rug-munching womb-ferret. None of these have helped my boner but I'm surely a little healthier for incorporating them into my diet (except licorice - licorice is evil).
If anyone has any other dietary tips for good wood, please share them here
