Hey guys. I have recently been reading throughout the forum. I wanted to make a thread where all the people with EQ problems could find their solutions. I read through the net and am now giving you all the info I got. Hope this helps.


Psychology

Not having a good libido. This is when you are not mentally stimulated enough.
This happens for a few reasons:
-You need more variety.
Variety is something very important. Once you have gotten used to something- it just loses its glamorousness. It becomes less special- your brain starts to accept it as something normal from the everyday life. Usually people who experience lack of libido due to lacking variety need to change something they used to do. Be it:
1- Self stimulation -���� (if one watches)-just change the type (teen, ebony etc.), actress or fantasy.
2- Woman stimulation (girlfriend) (if you have one and if not- get one)-you might not have the passion you used to have before. If the problem is not in your girlfriend (which you might find no longer sexy and stimulating enough), then it is most likely you- pretty much doing the same every time. If you find yourself guilty- simply change the sex positions, play some fantasy with her (act to be a naughty student etc.).

-You have psychological problems.
This comes from:
1-Work- Most of us have problems with our work. It is something really normal.
If you hate your job- just leave it. It might sound a little drastic, but life is meant to be lived happily. We all have different interests and different hobbies. Try to make your favorite thing to do your job. That way you will drastically reduce the stress you have. If changing your workplace is a no-no- consider doing this as soon as you get an opportunity.
2-Life – Yes, life can be hard sometimes. Its punches are the most painful ones. Problems are just a test for you. Do your best to solve your problems- and get the happy life you want.

If you find yourself to be under physical tension, you should relieve the stress- whether it be fighting something (some people prefer objects- pillows, punching bags etc.) or relaxation exercises such as meditation combined with breathing exercises. Sharing your worries with someone you know always takes a stone off of your ankles. Be it a professional or just a friend- this is something that will be good for you.

And never forget- Erectile Dysfunction is 99% mental!!!




Lifestyle


Try living healthier.
1-Stop (or reduce) doing every unhealthy habit you have.
-Smoking- damages overall health.
-Drinking- damages overall health, naturally decreases libido (you think less about sex and this is why it is also known as a technique to improve longevity in bed).
-Taking drugs- damages your body in multiple ways. And as we know- health and EQ always go together.
-Watching ����- it really damages your EQ. I would strongly advise you to stop it and never look at it again, bit if this is too extreme for you- at least try to reduce it. I am a 20 year old male and had EQ problems on this age just because of this. After abstaining myself for 3 months (I watched, but very little. I used to watch every single day before) I found that my erections were harder and stayed for longer periods of time. It might be hard, but it is not impossible.
2-Make better food choices.
In order for the human body to function at its best- proper nutrition is required. A good (healthy) diet combining a good fat-carbohydrate-protein ratio and vitamin and mineral dense foods will fuel your body and keep it healthy. Do not consume a lot of food in one sitting (consume small meals, but frequently throughout the day), since your body can digest the nutrients optimally. There are some foods that help increase EQ naturally by themselves. Such foods are:
-Garlic.
-Horny goat weed.

3-Sport
Sport (aerobic and anaerobic) will not only take you into a much better shape and overall health, but will improve blood flow to the whole body- penis included. And blood flow to the penis is vital important due to its post- workout recovery- taking all nutrients and helping the penis to acquire them.

4-Jerking off
Some people have no problems regarding their libido a few to several hours after ejaculation. If you are not one of them- reduce/stop jerking off will work really well in your path to improving your EQ.


Medicine


Taking supplements.
1-Taking certain supplemental pills, while helpful, can be damaging your EQ significantly. Once your body gets used to being supplemented- you can gain immunity (adaptation) and it might stop working for you. If you choose to consume supplements- know when to stop.



Exercise

Kegels- Kegels are the most effective things to do .They strengthen the pelvic floor muscles allowing for greater strength and endurance in the erection capability department. The growth that occurs because of Kegels is great as it allows the penis to become hard to it's full potential allowing for the largest hardens.

Pumping- You can use air/water pumps to improve EQ. It is most effective when pumping with a full erection and using a kegel in conjunction with the pumping. It is recommended to use water pumps because air-pumping can cause serious blisters and water retention. Water pumping is much more comfortable and safe creating less fluid retention with all the same benefits of air pumping.

Clamping- Some men find it helpful, although I don’t recommend it. If your goal is EQ- there are much better methods. If your goal is girth- this can be a quite good and dangerous exercise. Do not do it if you are not well informed.

Jelqs- Next to kegels, jelqing and the like, will always increase EQ and bring better erections and vascularity. Consistency is what is important.
Hand stretching- It will not help you unless you do kegels during the stretching.
Edging- While it can be a helpful exercise by itself- it may further strengthen your Pelvic Floor muscles (if you practice kegels once you reach the PONR to avoid ejaculation).



Break


You can have two choices when it comes to take a break:
1-You completely stop.
You completely stop doing any kind of routine for a week or so and allow your body to heal 100% (it is advised you do this every 2 months or so). Masturbation and sec must also be cut down during the break period.

2-You are on a routine and you have no intentions on stopping.
You are following a routine you would not like to stop (especially for a prolonged period of time- such as a week). Then take a few days break during this week. Increase your rest days (or add some) by 1,2,3 or as much as you feel like stopping.




If none of the above said works for you, then it might be best for you to visit your doctor/urologist and discuss your problem with him/her. And as DLD said- “ Erectile dysfunction is 99% mental”.

Ok guys! To all of you having problems with EQ, I am a 20 year old and have had problems with EQ for, like, 1-2 years. I didn't get as hard as it used to be when I was 15- 16. I got really depressed. But I started reading here and there and got what I wrote you above. 2 weeks ago I made a thread " Guys PLEASE help!!!!!" where I shared my EQ problems. It was so bad that I researched and found the info I wrote you above. Most of you might be tired of the " Kegel, man, just kegel" thing, but I can say- I kegeled throughout the day- 1000 to 2000 a day. I felt discomfort, some pain in the anal area and stuff, but I was like " I WILL get woodies of steel!" and today I saw the result of my workouts. I got significantly harder than I used to before discovering about MOS. Some men here even say that they get better erections on the age of 50 than the ones they had when they were in their 20's. It really works, give it a try. I used to mistrust this, I gave it a try and here I am, telling you to give it a shot! Good luck!

If some of you have other( better or not) ways of fixing EQ,please do share. :) :) :)

Why wouldn't you just stop jerking off, lift weights, and read some good books?

Not a big fan of bodybuilding.com, but they have a big thread over there where basically everybody decided to stop jerking off and reported their results. Better than roids for engaging beast mode? I have no idea? Better than jerking off? Definitely!
 
DLD- Do whatever you think is best. Thanks for the compliments- I just want to help as much people as I can.

AF3- The" Change ����" and " Talk to a professional psychologist" actually goes for the libido. Some people tend to watch the same movie again and again, which actually can kill their libido. That is why change is recommended. I find myself in the same situation- let me explain- I watched the same ���� for like 3-4 months. After this period I found my libido decreased- I was no longer turned on by the same movie as much as I used to.

The psychologist recommendation is because of stress. Stress is a mans worst enemy. A lot of men find themselves unable to have a normal sexual relationship when they are highly stressed. Stress influences our health and I consider the 100% EQ as a health topic itself. Professionals can help people overcome their stress issues and therefore get their woodies back. You might not tolerate such professionals- you can use meditation or other relaxation techniques, but this recommendation is a way to get rid of the stress most of us suffer from.

If lifting weights and doing a sport activity was the solution. For me it is one of the health improvements I recommended, but did not mention. If lifting by itself was the ONLY solution there would not be so many many ( who are lifting or doing a sport activity) having the same problem.

"Read the good books"- What do you mean exactly, did not understand what you actually meant.


About the "stop jerking off"- I am in my 20's and have pretty big sexual hunger myself. For someone my age it is hard to abstain from sex. I stopped everything that has to do with sex- ����, masturbation, sex... and it didn't work for me. I stopped for like 2 weeks (the hunger got too much LMAO) when I turned myself on...... I was 70-80%. This did not help me. If having a 100% boner was as easy as stop jerking for a week there would not be so many people having such issue. Let's say it works...and what happens after the abstinence? You get your EQ at its best and when it falls down you do it again. Does that actually mean that you have to stop jerking off for ever? This seems like a no no to me. The techniques I wrote above are methods that have been tested by our MOS brothers and through my research I got their feedback( what helped them get their max erection back) and wrote it here. I did not think of it myself and wrote it. These are notes gathered from the site. If you are having EQ problems yourself, try the methods. The bare fact that DLD said "Good Work" to me for the thread means that all is true and that I am not giving people( brothers) misleading information. DLDs "Great Work" really means a lot to me. If DLD thinks that this is good I think that you should at least give it a try.

I was having this problem last year...made sex depressing and Penis Enlargement (jelqing) difficult.

A big culprit was alcohol. Stressful job, 11 hour days, relationship problems...I was drinking them away most nights. When my schedule changed I needed booze less and not drinking was easier...erection improved.

Exercise, especially cardio, helped too. So much of EQ is healthy circulation, and a daily 20 minute jog made a huge difference.

I also take L-citruline, L-arginine, and Maca supplements, not sure if i still need them now as my EQ is really good most of the time. When it's not, it's usually from overtraining. So I take a rest day and afterwards usually wake up with a boner and ready to pump ;)
 
Wow, redthorn! You sure had some stressful days. Glad to hear your EQ improved. About the supplements- take them if you feel like it, but I would not do such a thing. I advocate the theory that if you use medicine frequently( the same medicine) you get adapted to it and it stops working for you. If I was you I would stop taking the supplements and see what happens. It might be a waste of time/money to drink something you do not need. Plus, if you get adapted from too frequent use, they might even stop working for you. I advocate that the body is very lazy and if you something "chewed" ( ready) it will get used to it and will stop relying on its own (hormone production and etc....). Keep up with the good EQ. If you have any problems- just follow the principles :). Hope you get and maintain the "woodies of steel" :)

Actually I've been having similar thoughts...I have a feeling that taking these supplements on a cyclical basis (i.e. a bottle's worth a few times a year) might be the best way to use them. The L-citruline supplement I use, which is called Nanostim, is actually really good not just for Penis Enlargement but for exercise in general...it boosts nitic oxide in my blood to the point where I just want to work out, and my workouts are more intense.

But now that I'm kinda back on track as far as EQ I want to try laying off all supplements (other than a daily multi-vit) for a month or so and see what difference it makes. Meanwhile I'm gonna keep getting lots of protein and natural vitamin C through my food intake. On a side note, holy crap. Nothing tastes better than fresh squeezed orange juice.
 
Hope you see gains in your Penis Enlargement and bodybuilding aspects. Training is discipline. Keep us in touch with your healthy lifestyle training( Penis Enlargement and not) :)

improve your cardio. kettlebells, running, biking. walking is a waste of time,seriously..just fucking jog even if you are obese. working out and cardio improves vascularity so.... that means veins and blood in your dick too.

Hey, Horizons- I was not talking about results in length- I was talking about strengthening the Pelvic Floor Muscles and Erection Quality. Plus, this is said by DLD himself :)

Just to add to the topic ,but my EQ always gets better when I start doing cardio and kegal work.

Yes, because it improves blood flow and vascularity. I wrote the kegels as the best exercise there is for EQ improvement, but I am pretty sure that we can all assume that overall sport activity helps too. I would add it to the read, but it'll be my second update of the original thread. :) :). I am really happy that there are guys who share info- hope this thread becomes big :)
