I've been doing Penis Enlargement and reading this forum for a couple years now, and this is my first post. Let me first say thank you DLD and all the contributors of this website, your info truely works.
I've made about a 1 inch length gain with lots of manual stretching and jelqing the last couple years, but I had a hard time with girth until now with the Bathmate.
I started with DLD's newbie routine and made some immediate gains. I was instantly turned into a believer when I started noticing some pretty logical things come to life. I started thinking of it not as just "my dick is going to grow", but rather the individual things that made logical sense when dealing with my body; for example the kegels, its a muscle and I know I can strengthen that muscle, which in turn gave me harder erections and a nice visible divot at the top base of the penis when I'm hard and I flex it. Its also the muscle used for ejaculation so right away i noticed I had bigger explosions. Its also logical that ligaments can be stretched, so I worked alot on the suspensory ligament and then noticed when i do a kegel my dick base goes lower due to the stretched ligament, exposing more of the base and therefore i get longer. I also been eating healthier, taking multivitamins, and working out, because its logical that my body needs to be healthy for my dick to be healthy. Excersizing the penis also gets rid of the fat pad around the base which makes it look better and its longer and stronger. I've always has a skinny body so its not like I lost weight or fat, its actually working the groin area that makes the difference. So these things to me were very simple and logical.
But I always had a hard time with girth, even after lots of intense jelqing of all kinds listed on here. I never got even the slightest bit of expansion or temporary gains like I read on here and it was pretty frustrating, even to the point where it would sometimes bring me back to the non-believer status and i would look at my dick and say "i've been doing all this jelqing for nothing".
Then I got the Bathmate.
The first night I almost crapped my pants when I pumped up the Bathmate and my dick inside the pump was nearly twice as thick as I've ever seen it. Now I know what people are saying when they talk about expansion and temp gains! After about 15 minutes I pulled out and it shrunk down quite a bit from the pumped size, but it still looked so big in the mirror like it wasnt my own. I always wondered what it would feel like to hold my dick in my hand after I was thicker, and if I would notice. Well I definitely noticed, it felt like a baseball bat in my hand! I measured and I was an 1/8" bigger in girth than I've ever been!
Now I'm 3 weeks into using the Bathmate and I have that thicker dick everyday, even when I took a day or two off. The girth slowly goes down overnight, but I still wake up with a fatter dick than I'm used to, and the good thick flaccid hang lasts forever. I also hit 190mm in the Bathmate now, and just 3 short weeks ago I was so happy to hit 180mm.
I always warm up with a Bed Buddy. I do a quick 15 minute Bathmate session in the morning while I take a shower and get ready for work. I love how you can get some good suction with the Bathmate and then just walk around the house with it swinging and giving you some good tugging and stretching. (I've noticed I get a much better seal and suction when my dick is placed more in the top of the Bathmate instead of right in the middle.) Especially when I'm really hard, the Bathmate pulls down real nice on the suspensory ligament and it feels like what I used to do manually... except now the Bathmate does it for me while I'm walking around doing other things!
Then I go to work with a fat bulge in my pants like I own the world, and feel so good all day. Before bed I do 3 or 4 shorter sets with squash jelqing in between. but I notice I get alot of fluid when I squash jelq, and almost no fluid when I don't jelq. I noticed another guy saying the same thing, and a solution mentioned was regular jelqs, so I'm going to see how i do with regular jelqs and get back to you.
I love using www.thevisualiser.net to better see my gains by comparing my old size to my current size and then to my goal size. It really has boosted my confidence and kept me going a countless number of times!
I've gotten a bunch of bruising and red spots right away. I've seen that before when I broke blood vessels elsewhere on my body so I knew I was ok, but I was worried that it would last a long time. But I took a break for one day and the red spots totally disapeared. There was still a little discoloration but I know that will go away after a little longer of a break.
I'd like to ask something about measuring. For a long time at the beginning of my Penis Enlargement adventures, I would measure standing up, sitting down, or on different couches, and I would get VERY inaccurate measurements. Not until just recently did I realize that I need to be consistant with how I sit or stand when I measure, and I found that the best way to do that is to find the position where I am longest and always take a measurement of maxed out length. that way one day you wont be in a position or on the floor or something and take a mesurement and think you're suddenly longer.
So I'm curious how people measure, or how the penis surveys did it. Because even standing, I can get drastically different lengths just by breathing in or out, moving my hips slightly, protruding my pelvis, etc. Do you sit, stand, lie down?
