According to adding weight? Well, the same that applies in the gym applies directly to this muscle group. So, if you were power lifting you would do low reps with heavy weight, as you stated, "as low as 5 reps", this would be along the line of thinking. Pyramid sets would also be something that would use a similar line of thought progressively. Endurance, just like running on the treadmill, lots and lots of quick squeezes...build up the tolerance.

I should really outline the exercises better. I will do that this evening.

Talking abt size this is my experience:

Woman say size does not matter, but many said they prefer bigger ones.

However, my size ONLY 6.6 inches, and some girls decline doing doggy style, saying it will be painful.

No girl I've ever been with has mentioned me being to big or not been able to take all of my dick and I think this has something to do with the insecurities.

kegels and reverse kegels are more or less a great foundation in gaining erection quality. Kegels alone will definitely get you some good results, just don't over do it and you'll be good. So make sure to have a rest time.

Yes, as you become stronger through heavy lifting Kegels, your penis is able to hold more blood, with the increase in blood flow, over time the penis will enlarge but it would be a lengthly process to gain with. Awesome. I'm really looking forward to developing a good kegel routine where I can actually focus on increasing a weight. I love measuring gains through strength increases. Fuck it, I'm gonna go mess around with some kegels right now!
 
My kegel routine is as follows:

4 days, 1 day off, 1 day, 1 day off, so if we put it in days it would be like

Monday - kegels
Tuesday - kegels
Wednesday - kegels
Thursday - kegels
Friday - no kegel
Saturday - kegels
Sunday - no kegels

Monday and Tuesday I use the same routine, so 100 short ones 2 seconds, 10 long ones 15 seconds I do it in the morning and in the evening I do the same but reverse kegel
Wednesday I add a cloth (small towel) I get hard and do about 50 kegels 2 seconds with the towel, then without it another 30 5 seconds, again with towel 10 kegels 10 seconds
Thursday is mostly reverse kegels - 80 x 2 seconds 60 x 5 seconds 20 x 10 seconds and 5 normal kegels 30 seconds
Satuday is 20 reverse kegels 30 seconds 20 kegels 5 seconds with towel, 5 kegels x one minute

What do you guys think of it?

I'm one of those long time readers, first time writers. I've been into Penis Enlargement for years, but it's always been a bit on-off until recently. Now I'm working up for the goals and following a routine based on the things I've read on this forum, which is brilliant and full of useful info btw!

This is the thing in Penis Enlargement that's been troubling me for the most in my life and has shown it's teeth in sex too. I've gained about and inch of lenght and maybe half an inch of girth, but haven't done enough for my EQ. I've been doing kegels even when I wasn't doing any Penis Enlargement routine, but haven't seen an increase in EQ. Although I have to admit that I've never had an actual kegel routine so it's not as focused and effective as it could be.

So my question is this:

Is doing kegels and taking recommended supplements enough in gaining good EQ or is there anything other to it than that?

Not that I'm a very experienced guy, but just to carve out the relevant parameters more precisely with respect to a profound response, that might be given by a vet and cos it interests me as well: did you experience lower EQ during your Penis Enlargement hiatus, too (thus it would be more likely an epiphenomenon of penile growth)? And did you still kegel during that time? I ask, because I had temporary EQ problems due to a fatigued PC muscle caused by daily kegeling. After a day of rest it worked fine again.

Those are the two areas that will greatly benefit EQ. Erection Quality also responds well to a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Now that I've thought back about those years, I didn't have any problems with my EQ back then. The lower EQ has sort of build itself up during the years and with some bad experiences that have brought me under mentally at times. I'd say that I did have some problems with my PC muscles cramping back when I was just starting out the kegel thing and finding out how to hold the squeezed feeling in there.

And of course there's our dear friend alcohol to mess things up too: I had a period about a year back when I drank pretty much and I didn't even realise how much it affected my EQ and general sexual appetite, but after I put the bottle down. The effects came to me for about a month after I gave the alco a rest. I almost didn't believe the sensations I had while masturbating (unluckily I didn't have a woman to mess around at that time) and I was horny almost all the time. Might be stating the obvious or repeating something, but just my thoughts on the matter.

My alcohol problems were solved when I started drinking red wine instead of other alcohols. With red wine I can not over do it or I will just fall asleep (not pass out). Red wine is also good for the heart, or so they say. However, when I am drinking heavy alcohol my penis shrivels and erections strength is shit. Plus, my libido goes in the trash. Alcohol is something that is you do not have discipline, you simply can't touch it.

Important to know. I'm transferring to college where there is so much sex they have their own form of the herp. Now I know that I'll have an EQ advantage on all those other mother fuckers because I don't drink!

On a side note though, don't ya'll get like 110% EQ when stoned? Cause whenever I'm high I get unreasonably hard erections.

I kinda have the problem that I just don't fall asleep or pass out, I just keep on drinking. That's way I've taken it under control and just do the occasional blender with my friends. The effects of heavy drinking (or drinking heavy alcohols) is the same for me. Major shrinkage and lose of libido.

I also have a certain reverence for Red Wine, I don't ever want to abuse it. I think the most I was able to drink was 3 glasses of wine and I just fell asleep:) Vodka, that is a different story...on the hard stuff I am a demon.
 
Not at all but I do know you have been struggling. I hope this will help you and others who are not having great erection quality. I am happy you chimed in as I believe you issues stem from a psychological perspective and not physical. This will be explored in great detail as it is a common issue among men. The goals of this thread are to educate, learn, further develop and explore all facets of gaining and achieving rock hard erections.

Note: Erectile dysfunction is a disorder that is rarely rooted in a true physical sense, meaning the penis is not able to become erect because of physical problems. In most cases, ED is based in mental, obsessive loops. There is little difference in discouragement that is felt for either group but in most cases, erections return to normal when the thought cycle is broke. We will dig very deeply into this subject as it goes highly uncharted in pe.

Abstaining completely from masturbation, doing lots of kegels and a solid PE routine will help boost the erection level which will in turn help with more blood flow. The end result is true reflection of the actual penis size in erect state. Whatever gains that has been made will be visible.

I've started adding kegels to my strength training routine, whether I do PE that day or not, cuz it's a muscle regardless and it should be trained like one. My strength training routine is full body so I can do them 1 day on 1 day off. I do them in-between sets, which helps muscle recovery everywhere else.

If NoFap helps EQ, but YesFap helps length gains...to fap or not to fap; that is the question.
 
When I was with my first wife I never gave My wife orgasm thru penatration. I give my second wife orgasm thru oral and penatration with the help of 1,000 kegels everyday.
