Erection Quality>> HARDER STRONGER LONGER THICKER ERECTIONS


So we are all working very hard to make our penis bigger but a lot of men may not understand just how important it is to make it stronger in the same process. Much focus goes into enlarging the penis while some may neglect the importance of strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, increasing the blood flow to the penis and keeping erections hard and solid as they gain size.


First we should note that the penis is at its biggest when erection quality is at its highest. When we have the strongest erections we also enjoy bigger erections. Not at all but I do know you have been struggling. I hope this will help you and others who are not having great erection quality. I am happy you chimed in as I believe you issues stem from a psychological perspective and not physical. This will be explored in great detail as it is a common issue among men. The goals of this thread are to educate, learn, further develop and explore all facets of gaining and achieving rock hard erections.

Note: Erectile dysfunction is a disorder that is rarely rooted in a true physical sense, meaning the penis is not able to become erect because of physical problems. In most cases, ED is based in mental, obsessive loops. There is little difference in discouragement that is felt for either group but in most cases, erections return to normal when the thought cycle is broke. Good topic! I found that it's hard for me to get fully erected because I been masturbating everyday before starting my length routine. When I am done with my length routine, I would rest for a few hours and do my Bathmate session. During my Bathmate session, it's hard for me to achieve 100% erection. I hope I can find the solution over here.

EQ and orgasm are something I've thought about over the last year or so due to changes in my and my wife's sex life.

Now you have mentioned it being a mental thing and not physical i see what you mean, for example if we get into bed and I mention about having sex and the wife say I'm tired but we can have a quicky I get it up to prob 90% then proceeded to make things quick and tbh it's not very enjoyable and the orgasm I have is pretty shit as mentally I know it's just going to be bish bad bosh done.

Now if I were to be laying on the bed and my wife were to come in and ravish me no doubt I'd be rock hard in seconds because mentally I know it going to be very exciting and no doubt the orgasm will be awesome.

Same thing goes for me watching ����, tbh I find a lot of the ���� on the net now rubbish and therefore when I knock one out to crap ���� it's usually pretty crap, same as above mentally I know I'll prob get bord of the ���� so will not be 100% erect.

Bit of a waffle on there but I'm sure someone will see my point lol, if your mentally not 100% your body won't be 100%
 
���� is a big erection turn off when it comes to the real thing. I used to watch a lot of ����, I still do, I'm trying to reduce it, my goal is to stop it completely within the end of this year and just concentrate on the sensation going on in my body and the real sex experience.

Since I have changed my diet, I have noticed having better, more easier erections and I can hold it longer. I believe proper nutrition is really important. Drink green tea(especially matcha tea) and water.

Hit the gym, also meditation is good to relax your body and mind and relaxed mind and body can give you much harder erections.

For most of the young guys,Ed is a psychological problem.Performance anxiety is one of the main reasons.Many guys think that their penis is so small to satisfy there partners.This severely affects their minds and thus ED occurs.But when they are alone,they can get a 100% erection only by thinking of sex.I heard that this kind of people usually try to notice each and every expression of their partner to trace whether he is satisfying her,or, she is faking an orgasm.For this reason sex becomes a mission rather than a celebration which usually results in ED and unsatisfactory orgasm.:)

The part about diet, nutrition, excersize and meditation are very true!

Well, ���� has really a big effect on our lives and we usually take it for granted as that's how we have learn about sex (a lot of times) and it became our habit. Not saying ���� is bad, you can certainly enjoy some good ���� by yourself or with your partner as well. It can be sexy and even relaxing but when you start to abuse it then DreamDick said happens a lot of times. The anxiety of having small penis comes often from abusing ���� and having ���� as the reality of sex. ���� and real sex are really two difference things. ���� is often seen as a cause of premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation can easily become another performance anxiety. And the circle is going on. To test if you really abuse ����, you can install those monitoring activity software that records which sites you visit the most. See how much time you are spending on ���� sites. You will probably be surprised as a lot of guys think they don't watch it that much...
 
I would think, because of the better erection quality, especially when doing girth work, that more bloodflow would only help gains. I notice, that when I'm especially close to coming, that I become quite a bit larger than I normally am when I just have a plain jane erection. I also see the difference when I'm doing girth work, to see what my dick COULD look like if I had the ability to have those 100% erections on demand. Gotta do more kegels then!

����������� can desensitize a man and push him into pursuing further limits, to find satisfaction to match his original "good feelings". ���� is not unlike any other pleasure....it can build tolerance and require more and more to gain the same, or original satisfaction. I know that if I spend a whole night searching the web for ���� and whacking off it has a lasting effect in the sense of tolerance. Now we can't say this is an actual disorder directly related to ED because many guys can do just as I described above and still get good EQ. This is true to those who choose to have a mate but there are many men who choose not to have a girl and their only sexual satisfaction comes from masturbation. In their case I would say ���� is a necessity.......not that I can relate of anything:)

I don't totally agree with that DreamDick and what about if the same guy won't be able to make a girl squirt? a lot of girls in the ����, they have trained themselves to squirt whenever, a lot of real life girls have never experience squirting and if a guy watches ���� only and had only two or three times sex in his life, making a girl squirt right away might not happen that easily, even if the guy is experienced one, not all girls are that responsive, they need to be trained to(requires time).
