Clamping . 3 set 5 minutes per set... a few minutes break inbetween sets... I didn't have a good clamping session... my e.q was all fucked up.and my mind was racing to much,thinking to many things. I'm taking tomorrow off.

This is yesterdays routine=

manual stretching for 10mins
sock stretching up and down 3 sets each for 20-30 secs
Then i tied one end of the sock to the door handle and wrapped the other end around the base of my penis and leaned back, i did 3 sets of 30 secs, i felt a good stretch doing these but it did pull the skin a fair bit also.

Im a little disapointed today because i dont feel any fatigue at all and i didnt last night either.
Im really trying to get the best stretch possible to fatigue and encourage growth.
Ill try these again tonight with some wet jelqs.

Today i just did some rotary stretches 200 in total to warm things up.
Then side stretches, left and right 50secs each.
Up and down stretches 50 secs each.
Straight out stretch 50secs.
I did only 2 sets of each of these, and then did some sock stretches.
Up and down sock stretches, 40secs each, 2 sets each.
Then i did 75 slow dry jelqs, my head was aching a little so i stopped at 75.
And then i did 3 sets of 5-8mins clamping.
Finished of with about 20 dry jelqs, had enough by that time.
 
I had a day of, but this was the routine i did last night =

Manual stretches up, down, left, right, straight out and between legs.
I did 3 sets of each 40secs each.
I then did 3 sets of sock stretches, up and down about 30secs each,
I did have a little trouble keeping my grip on the stretches especially the sock stretches, but i still managed to get them done, maybe my hands were a little to sweaty or something.
Then i did dry jelqs 100 nice and slow reps really pushing the blood up the shaft.
I then did 3 sets of clamping 8 mins the first set 8 mins the second set and only 4-5 mins the third set. I decided to leave the clamp on this time inbetween sets and just loosen it alot instead of having to remove it and put it back on again,( i use a hose clamp and it's a bitch to take on and of. )
My last set of clamping i actually felt my dick go a bit numb so i quickly removed the clamp,
Im not sure if i will just loosen the clamp next time between sets, it might be better to take it of completely.
 
I had 2 days off, which i dont want to do again, last night i was unmotivated to do anything, But i did do my stretches.
Started of with a quick warm up under hot water, then i did rotarys left and right 200 total.
Then stretches up, down, left, right, and straight out, 3 sets of each 40secs each.
Then i did 2 sets of sock stretches up and down 30 secs each, these were intense.
No jelqing or anything else last night but i will do that tonight.
Im thinking maybe dong girth one day then lenght work the next, that way i will get one days rest between exercises and i will also be working out every day and keeping the routine going, after taking a day or 2 off motivation starts to go down.
 
Since i focusw mainly on lenght i just do ligs and i do it often during the day ...something very similar to DLD sock streches, and it can be painful afterwards but it worth it .. i ll keep posting :cool:

I then did stretches to the left, right, up, down and straight out 3 sets 40 secs each, Then i moved on to sock stretches just up and down 2 sets 40 secs each, lol they hurt a little but felt good.
I then did jelqs only 60 but very slow really pushing the blood through.
Then i did clamping 3 sets of 5mins, and my dick was bulging after all of this today :)
Then a quick warm down with hot water.
 
Planon doing 10 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] sec hold sock stretches, 5-7 min clamp session (with jelqs, stretches, and ect thrown in), and some kegels.

I also plan on coming up with my own exercise. I know thats hard, but I will try.
