4x 3mins of horse's and squashes while clamped.
 
3 x 15mins LAS
30 mins basic stretching

20 mins LAS

3x 20min hanging (During each set, i do 2 x 100 - 1sec kegels, followed by 1min hold)

Thanks, but it's really not alot... it's basically just hanging and pumping. I took some time off and started back again slowly... started with just hanging and added pumping ( i always jelqed in between pumping sets). Later i added kegel during my hanging and pumping sets. I'm good with what i'm doing so far... i'll see where i am in 6 months and make changes if necesary.
 
i guess i am going to be the first one to say i have done nothing today..usually stretch in the morning and girth work at night...but been exhausted lately...i might try to get in the girth tonight...aaaahhhh who am i kidding once i get off the computer i'm taking my ass to bed and let you guys have it...keep working!!!
 
Good Idea.

25 Minutes of basic Jelqing
10 Minutes of 1 min. Isolated Compressed Squeezes
10 Minutes of Glans Squeezes (Head Expansion)
30 Minutes of basic stretching

On a funny note, I was kegeling blood into my glans during the head expansion exercises, and at one point I kegeled so hard that a little bit of piss came out. Luckely my hand wiping towel (For better grip during stretching) was under me.

yea exhaustion I think is a big reason why guys miss workouts.
 
Okay here's mine. My workout is basically the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], with a couple minor differences.

Started with some kegels:

100 quick
5 seconds on, 2 seconds off: 50 reps
1 minute squeeze

Then manual stretching:

straight out to the left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out to the right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down rotary cranks: 25 cranks x 3 sets
straight out to the left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out to the right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out rotary cranks: 25 cranks x 3 sets
up left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
up center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
up right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
up rotary cranks: 25 cranks x 3 sets

After that I did 11 minutes of wet jelqing.

Also did rice sock warm up/down before and after the stretches, and before and after the jelqing.

And I'm exhausted and am going to bed. Later peeps.
