i had the last 3 days of because my erections were not good and i felt that i was over working it with the clamping.
today i just did stretches.
i did manual stretches 4 sets of each - up, down, lwft and right about 40 secs each.
then 1 set of each sock stretches - up, down, left and right. about 30 secs each.

i started with a quick warm up,
then did manual stretching 4 sets of each - up, down, left and right 40+ sec each, then did sock stretches 2 sets of each - up and down about 40 secs each.
i then did about 25 jelqs and then clamping for 20 mins with edging and kegels.
 
3 hours of jelquing :)

10 minute warm up. 4 sets of clamping 10 minutes per set. Then 2 intense clamp sessions lasting 5 minutes per set. Total time pe'ing 50 minutes. Not counting warm up.

today started with a quick warm up then rotary stretches x 150 then manual stretching up, down, left and right 4 sets of each about 50 secs each.
Then 2 sets of sock stretches up and down about 40 secs each.
after i did about 30 jelqs then clamping for 16 mins, then a quick warm down.
 
10 Minute warm up. One set of clamping for 15 minutes then 3 more sets of clamping for 10 minutes with a few dry jelqs inbetween sets. Time spend p'eing =45 minutes.
 
Ok time to report ...my last measurment was month ago where i measured 17 cm or 6.8 inches , now month later i have 17,8 cm or 7.12 inches ...so in the past month i gained 0.8 cm ...so far in my Penis Enlargement measurments thats biggest increase by month ...so far (i expected around 0,5 cm ) ....my exercises are similiar to footlong stretch and sock stretch ..they are advanced exercises and not be tryed by newbies ...what else to add...keep you updated ;) and i wish you good training rofl


o yeah i forget to add ...this is Very important ...milfs do like it big ...tested and approved by me ..me personaly .. and me as myself ..keep rockin :P

My dick is tired. I think I'm going to take tomorrow and maybe the next day off.

10 minute warmup with a heatpad. 15 minutes jelquing (5 light, 5 medium, 5 intense), 10 minute heatpad, basic stretching, 1 set of sock stretches, testicle health set, ball stretching for about an hour. Having to take a break because of sore skin. Probably only stretch and testicle massage tomorrow.
 
5 Minute warm up and 4 sets of clamping. 4 Sets each 10 minutes. Oh,And I did one 15 secound horse in the clamp. Total time spent clamping =40 minutes
 
in the last 3 or 4 days i worked hard ... today my regular Penis Enlargement stuff .. i think i overdid it today a bit ..ligs hurt like hell ...doing footlong stretch and sock stretch (but without sock s ) ...i get new marks from my stretching on my penis when is flacid ..thats it ...;)
 
5 Minute warm up and 45 minutes of clamping and 5 clamped horses.. 1 Set of 15 minutes and 3 10 minute sets. Time spent pe'ing = 45 minutes!

Did my regular stuff ... those marks on my flaccid penis are now really really visible ..and my flaccid now is around 5.5 inches (the size i started but in BPenis EnlargementL)... i m really considering taking one day off .. ok thats for the day
