The workout didn't feel all that great today.
I started with a quick warm up, then did stretches i did 4 sets of each , up , down , left , right 40-50secs each.
I didnt do straight out stretches , they just didnt feel right and were a little painfull. No sock stretches either.
I then had a break for about an hour or more.
Then a quick warm up, i wasn't in the mood at all so i skipped jelqing and started clamping, which didnt feel brilliant, but i did 3 sets 5-10 mins each, i had a little trouble staying hard, and kegling didnt feel good i didnt feel a great expansion doing this as i normaly do.
Maybe this is because i worked out last night also, maybe a should have taken a day off, i dont know, i may or may not do my routine tomorrow.
 
Don't be embarressed to pop in a flick to keep it up while clamping. And don't etch your workouts in stone, cause then you'll feel bad when you skip it or it doesn't go as planned.
 
Yesterday my day was busted ...so i was not able to complete workout <:(...today i did my regular workout ....around 30 maybe less very strong down pointed stretching (ligs) just regular feeling of ligs burning ...so i say day went well in Penis Enlargement area ...since i started 11.05 ..my measurment will be 11/06...

What else to add ... i never did warm up , and i ll probably never will ...i always keep my penis clean and dry , easier to work with that way :s

My exercise now include my leg to help my hand to stretch my penis stronger and further ...i inovate that to help me for faster growth and to reliefe my hand ..thats it for the day peace :P

I was watching adult entertainment at the time and always do when clamping, it just didnt feel good yesterday i think because i did 2 days on the trot, and i have decided to take today of because of that.
To be honest i think i should be doing one day on and one day off atleast for the clamping anyway, maybe stretching everyday ?
its not the first time i have had erection problems the day after a clamping workout.
 
10 Minute warm up , 10 minutes of 80-95% erect jelqs (300 jelqs) , then clamping ,two 6 minute sets followed by a hot shower for a warm down.
 
Did my regular exercise for the day ...all went well ...im keeping slow tempo , but every grip is strong i do it around 30 a day ... exercise is like footlong stretch ;)..... and im happy i can do it ;).. ok thats it for the day ... stay safe :cool:

10 minutes of wet jelqing 80-95% erect,clamping real tight with my ok grip and taking 5 secounds to go from base to the neck.

Clamping. First set 6 minutes. Secound set 10 minutes. Thrid set 6 minutes.

Hot shower for a warm down.

P.e session minus warm up and warm down 32 minutes.

I had 3 days of because my penis just wasnt feeling great and erections were not as hard or big as usuall so i thought i would have a few days of.
Anyway today i did a quick warm up then did maual stretches these felt real good today i did 4 sets of each - up, down, left and right 50secs each.
Then i did some jelqs, not many again found it hard to get hard ,lol.
So then i did clamping just 1 set for 10mins.
Hopefully tomorrow will go better.
 
Did some major girth work today. Clamping, mixed with bundled blasters, bundled jelqs, jelqs, sock stretching, and squashes. Didn't set up a routine, just went after it.

i had a solid workout today,
i started with a quick warm up, and then did manual stretches 4 sets of each - up down left and right 50+ secs each.
then i did sock stretches 2 sets of each - up and down about 30 secs each.
i then did jelqing only about 50, it didnt feel all that intense so i moved on then to clamping, i did 1 set about 15 mins long keeping hard with edging and kegels.
the workout felt good.
and also when i was in the clamp right at the end, i measured and i was 6.5 inchs and it was only 2 weeks ago i measured myself during the day and i was only 5.75 inchs (NOT while Penis Enlargementing).
i never new i would increase in length while in the clamp.
lol, im just hoping its my new measurement :)
 
in the past two days i did my regular footlong stretch ..no big problems so far ... but today i feel my ligs are really getting busted...they really start to hurt .. good sign ;)...thats it for the day :)

just had a real good stretching workout.
i figure im gonna do one day on one day off with girth (jelqs / clamp)
and do length i.e stretching every day, thats the plan anyway.
by the way i stretched tonight and last night wearing latex gloves, there very good.

tonight i did manual stretches 4 sets of each - up, down, left and right, 40-60secs each.
then i did sock stretches i did 2 sets each, up and down,
and 1 set each left and right, about 40 secs each.
felt real good, could really feel the ligs and whatever deep down stretch and burn,
so its all good :)

hey,

i was looking forward to another good stretching workout today but as soon as i started i realised that my ligs were pritty sore, so i didnt stretch today.

but i did work on my girth,
i did 100 slow jelqs, i stopped at 50 to get real hard again then carryed on.
then i did one long clamping session for 20mins, it felt really good my dic stayed very hard and i was edging and doing kegels while clamped.
my dic looked pritty BIG after this workout :)
 
10 minute warm up with a rice sock.

15 Minutes of slow 5-10 secound 85-95% erect jelqs with a left over hand grip. Clamping my ok grip tightly and slowly running it from the base to head.

3 sets of clamping . two ten minute sets and one 5 minute set with erect jelqing inbetween sets.

Today's session = 40 minutes ,not counting warm up and the time I took jelqing inbetween clamping sets.
