80-90% Erect jelqing, long slow jelqs taking about 20-30 seconds to complete one movement was when i saw the grith go up along with clamping every other day for 15 minute sessions., i havent measured lately but a few of my muses' for Penis Enlargement told me that it looks like i have gotten more girth since my last measurement.

girth has always been easy for me, length is rough but with my routine mods I am hoping to get past that stumbling block finally. I am embracing the fact that i can put on girth and am going to run with it and also put emphasis on length exercises that i have seen work for me.

Measured how far i was hanging with the dual locks. with my heave/small combo i hang down to 6.25 and with the dual smaller ones i am at 6 Over the next few months i really think this will make my flaccid hang take off and also my gains in general from being at a constant longer state.
 
Now hanging with the BIB has been phased out for the moment. I am doing supras unforgiven routine in regards to length. After the AM length session i use the ghetto [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] on day and the ADC the next to keep it interesting.
 
EQ has suffered. I am doing more clamping and jelqing now plus the normal PC routine to regain it. I think a few more gains will be realized in erect length once this happens.

No real change in orgasms per say, not as intense but not low end quality either.
 
have moved up 3 more hash marks on the ruler since i have been measuring weekly to be sure that my stretching routine is being effective. Visualizations has helped out with this tremendously.

My goal is to move up 1/16 per week on the ruler on BPFSL. Yes ambitious but i believe it can be done and is easier than we all think. At that rate adding the 2 inches onto my BPFSL with the current rate at which my NBPenis EnlargementL correlates with it i should be at my final goal in the next year.

Much has been said about measuring and not measuring regularly. I was one who did not measure on a consistant basis and that is one my my downfalls. By no means are we to fall in love with the ruler but we need a way to see if our routines are working on a weekly or monthly basis so we can modify them if necessary to keep gaining and not become stagnant.
 
I am a firm believer in measuring more rather than less--once a week--sometimes more. It has never discouraged me. On the contrary, a realistic view of the ebb and flow of my flaccids and BPenis EnlargementL's is important to me.
 
Still cranking away at the hash marks i hit 8.75" BPFSL after a Pulse 110 session today. Sitting at the 8.5bpfsl right now normally though when i wake up in the mornings.

Right now i hang with the BIB one day a week for an hour or more with the RSDT to solely focus on deforming the tunica that day. Other days are mixed with the Pulse 110 and DLD Blasters.

Girth work is regular jelqing and the new explosive girth exercise from aresstrong.
 
Decon for about a month or so and have been back at it since then.

Lost .25bpfsl and it came back on in a hurry. Here is the routine i go for

Length ever other day or every day depending on soreness

Girth every other day sometimes two days in a row but never more than 4 days per week

Length work is the modified blue whale stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. Length is also with clamping in the TOW stretch.

Girth work is clamping currently. I am going to add the supra slammers back into my routine now as i have been back at girth for a month now.

With the new routine and my new focus my goal of 8.5x6 is now well within reach.

My own work has shown me that i need days off in order to let my penis fully recover and avoid over training.

My ghetto [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] is also on as many hours per day as i can manage it so I can stay in an extended state for longer periods of time and it keeps me right at my current EL.
 
Update, still sticking with the above routine. I have noticeable gains in NBPenis EnlargementL and girth but am not going to get the measuring tape out just yet.

I got out to 9 BPFSL the other day for a moment after some good reverse kegel work and the blue whale stretch. Working on trying to make this permanent.

As busy season is here my normal routine has been modified to more of a sustain and cement while trying to not lose anything

wore two rings today for about 6 hours before fluid buildup, expected it as the weight doubled to 1lb instead of 8oz. Flaccid hang with them on was at just above 7 inches.

combined with the length routine in the morning this should begin to yield results as healing in that extended state should begin to allow me to stretch further every day.
 
Your flaccid length will soon be much longer. Always strive to stretch that bit further eachtime and expand that girth more with each visit to the clamp ... gains will come.
