I would like to learn how to make one of these rings. Can anyone walk me through it? How has the personal built ring worked for you?

It's quite simple, if you can purchase the parts.

You want to get some very pure Zinc rods, without a steel insert. Might take a while to find such; a welding store is one place to look for, as Zinc rods are used for welding.
Copper is easier to acquire, a basic food-grade hollow copper rod will do.

Saw both pieces to desired length. This depends about your package, so measure with a string, find a nice snug feeling.
I just checked my tubes; I've cut them to around 2,5 inches.

When you have your rods sawn, you can finally attach then together with some sort of tubing. I favor clear silicone tubing.
Cut the tubing to desired length, that snug feeling. Might take a few tries, so don't cut of too much tubing the first time.
And have some spare tubing at hand, you might want to change it after a while as the ROP works and creates some coloration on the tubing: just a sign that there's connection when it's on your unit and that it works.

I used my ring with some results; didn't get to those 25 spurt ejaculations, but overall I felt it helps with healing. Copper and Zinc, especially Zinc, are good nutrients for the body. Copper balances the action; too much Zinc and you get copper inbalance, which is not desirable.

So, all in all, I think the biggest part for me was to get the parts. I have some copper around, but that Zinc, I can see how it can be difficult to get! Silicone or other sort of tubing shouldn't be too difficult to get, I bought some from my local plastic etc., vendor.
It takes some work, but good things very often do.

I think Supra is quite busy nowadays and only makes some rings on request. So I hope my small insight helped.

Can you wear the ROP while working out? I tend to sweat a lot, whether I am doing strictly weights or cardio, and noticed for years how small you get when you work out (I guess due to blood flow directing to other parts of the body).

Would all that sweat loosen the ROP, and fall off?

Guys, how do you go about cleaning your ROP? I received, and started wearing mine last Thursday. So far, I have definitely felt, and continue to feel occasional "shocks", which is kind of irritating, like tiny little pinches, lol. But, at least I know it is working. I know eventually, the rods will oxidize, and I'll have to get some sort of steel wool pad to clean them. Now, I'm not much of a handy man, but I know there are different grades of steel wool pads. Which do you recommend?

Also, would sand paper suffice for cleaning the metal rods? If so, what grade?

Hey there Supra...

I have recently made my own ROP. Have been wearing it around (dick+balls) for about a week now (7 days), even when going to the pool for my swimming training and at the gym as well. So far, I have not seen nor felt any difference. When I have it on, I do not feel any tingling or any type of current flowing around so far. Perhaps at a biological level something might be happening, but I cannot back that up until I get my testosterone levels checked.

I'm an Engineer and got knowledge on the field of chemistry and electricity, as well as mechanics. I was wondering exactly how are you getting the reading for the voltage created by the ROP when is in contact with the body? How are you measuring it? What is the protocol you follow to being consistent in the measuring? The sizing of the rods is an important factor to take into consideration in this case.

Would it be possible to have a clear photograph of the ROP you make? The diagram you show in one of the posts is just a "representation", not the real product.

The metals I got, both Cu and Zn are 99,999% purity. I've tried the classical experiment with different media (solutions where you immerse the rods (cathodes / anodes)) to test for the voltage you might get depending on the size of the rod (length and diameter wise). But it is a total different media when simply putting the rods against the skin with some moisture between them, which can greatly vary since it is not really constant, from: weather conditions, types of clothes worn, biological response to the possible electrical current created by the circuit, and the list goes on.

Would be nice to hear more about the science behind it, not just the threads that have been already posted here (I have read them all), but something more "scientific" to it.

Perhaps a new thread could be started as a Sticky and name it: "Blood Test results backing up ROP positive impact + effectiveness on Testosterone levels (before and after results)" -- set the protocol for people to follow as to the T as possible and then make a comparison. I believe this is the right way to make this man-made solution very reliable with enough scientific data to prove it.

I have access to lab equipment and I could try to take some time to further run extra tests and see what happens.

Hope to get a real reply to this... after all, science beats most of the myths around the internet.

Not really... my suggestion goes beyond that post.

By this I mean, a Sticky post that can only be managed by a Moderator in order to post "before and after" REAL lab results, scanned or photographed for example, in order to validate the data provided. This way, every member that has had "real" results with the ROP can submit his results and make it public, adding to the consistency of the posts posted around in the forum which only claim they got results and that is it. I am not saying they have not, just show a real proof that it did. That simple...

I look at real facts, no misleading or bias data or unsupported statistics. I'm a science dude so...

Yes, what you have as an idea is a bit more than the thread I linked. I remember seeing some pictures from Supra, scanned that is, from lab results. Other people have not come through. One thing is cost of testing and all. I am not sure if I have ever had my testosterone tested, I've had some blood tests, but don't remember there being a measurement for testosterone.
Haven't worn my ROP in a while and for the moment I am feeling pretty good, so I am not sure about wearing it.

So, my bad!

By the way, youknowme123321, "avoid making one?" It isn't so difficult. I think the most time consuming part is getting the parts for the ring and in some parts of the world acquiring them takes a bit more time. Well, I guess Supra will inform you.
