Well, I thought about that and the fact that suspensory ligaments are cut for Penis Enlargement surgery. So what if I just started stretching the suspensory ligament? Kind of like yoga for my penis. Maybe I could free up some of that "big cock" I had.

I started woking on it with a low grip and stretch and gained about 1/4 to 1/2 very quickly.

Not too long after starting my work outs I was doing it with my ex and she commented how I was really hitting way up in there and how it felt really good. That was after I had gotten to maybe 6.5.

My starting length was about 6 inches, now I am up around 7.75 with a solid 7.5. This is after about a year of on and off work outs.

I have started doing some jelqing to get more thickness. I am seeing small results. I am about 5.5 at my midpoint. Would like to thicken the head a bit.

Everything I have been doing is just trial and error. I've had some frightening moments too. Like when I could hear tendons ripping at the base of my dong while doing some of my SL stretches. A week later I didn't care since the result was a substantial gain.

Another thing I have noticed is that if I lay off it for a week or two I tend to resume with better results. Now I don't care if I am on my program 24/7 anymore. It's seems to not matter that much and may actually help.

I seem to be getting closer to that 8 mark but I am not sure if my jelq is working right. I have been pretty mild about it out of fear that I may seriously damage nerves if I go to rough.

when you say low grip , do you mean youre grabbing towards the base and stretching rather then from below the head?

I actually grip way low if you imagine that the tendons and whatever else is in there is like a rubber band holding yuor cock against your body, you just need to streatch those out right?

So my routine involved reaching in through the skin where your cock goes between your legs and makiing an ok grip below where your cock attaches to your body. It gives you more leverage to pull your cock away from your body and frees up the crouching tiger hidden dragon part of your dick.

I was able to gain about 1.5 inches that way. I didn't work it too hard either. I am more about long term safe goals than short term potentially damaging goals.

I've been reading and reading here. I think I'm going to try jelqing to see if a new routine will help me gain some.

Ok to be more precise I am now jelqing. I'm not sure if I can commit to hours of it though. Maybe a half an hour a day is all I can do for now.

I read about using velcro straps for clamping. As I had some on hand I gave it a go. I'm not too impressed with my results. Maybe I wasn't doing it right.

im having a hard time understanding sorry, but do you grab behind your balls and stretch?

I do both. I grab right in front of the balls or I grab right behind them depending n how low a stretch I am going for. Just grip through the skin and gently pull your cock downward. Sometimes I'll even grip way low at the base where it's almost to my ass.

It's easiest to do while sitting on the edge of a chair and reaching around the side from under your leg if that makes sense.

I gained 1.5" in a year from doing just this stretch.

since doing jelqs thanks to advice found here I have been able to cement my gains to about 1.75" I'm sort of still amazed that this works so easily.

Occasionally I swing the yard arm a couple times. (Thats my through the skin lig stretch)

I do what I can when I can. NO set schedule. Although I will do a little something on missed days just to keep from losing anything.

I was able to measure an 8" after two of my sessions. It's gratifying but it's sort of an aftereffect of a good session. Still, it tells me 8" is not far away.

I have been prescribed Aderol for my brain. Unfortunately it interferes with my other head. Can you say limp? Since using it I can't measure that 8" I seem to be back at about 7.5" weird. I am going to use the aderol only when i'm feeling scattered. It makes me feel high. I am not sure I like being high anymore, that's teenager stuff.

I also was able to measure a 5.75" girth today. That is a 1/4" gain for me. I could tell I was girthing up. It just looked fatter, but today I measured and there it was. No denying it.

So that's it.

A quarter inch or so in both L and G. It's not cemented yet so I won't claim it, but it's close.

A couple questions for anyone reading. I use BPenis EnlargementL since any other method seems unusable as a measurement.

I was slightly clamping with my hand when I got the new girth measurement. I can't keep it wooden long enough to get a girth measurement normally. Maybe my girth is less than that but my previous girth was measured with a slight hand clamp to keep it hard. so maybe my previous EG is 5.25. and now I'm 5.5. Who knows. Atleast I can measure the changes.

How do most of you measure length and girth.

What do you mean by low grip?
 
i measure my girth non clamped with a regular erection, using a measuring tape.

for length i use a ruler and do bone pressed erect, also regular erection.

1.sit on the edge of a chair with your legs slightly apart and get a an erection.

2.take your hand and reach around from the ouside under your thigh so you can get way under your cock.

3. Feel around under/behind your testicles till you can get a grip with your index finger ant thumb around the shaft of your penis back there.

4. Now gently apply pressure. Pull straight down. You can even use your other hand to push down on the head as you do this.

Alternate hands. You should really feel the stretch afterwards on the tendons above your penis.

I did this maybe a few tims a day for a year. Now It's all too stretched to help much, but it freed up a lot of lenght for me, but no girth gain as it's just a lig stretch. The pirates lig stretch or more famously known as swingin' the yardarm. lol

If it's that. I had no trouble with erections. Infact they stayed at the same angle only I could get deeper penetration.

Lately I have erectile issues do to trying some meds I was prescribed. I am leaning away from meds and just going back to being myself.
 
All that the admirals stretch does is pull the ligs. Nothing else. I don't even squeeze real hard when gripping. Just enough to apply the tug.

It can't hurt to try them. If you've already done a lot of lig stretching it may not do as much for you. I honestly gained 1.5-1.75 doing them for a year.

I am still amazed at how deep I can go into a girl now. My new GF doesn't know I do Pe. She probably never will. She thinks I am sex obsessed, knowing I do Pe would probably freak her out.

A few months ago I bent her over before work and just worked it all the way in there and with every thrust I could see her whince. My stats are 7.5+ x 5.5+ it all depends on how hard it is. Hardness is an issue right now. he he Damn ADD meds.

I pull hard sometimes not so hard other times. just no drastic jerking or anything that actually hurts. Think of bikram yoga.

Do it for a couple minutes a day. Just a couple stretches really.

Maybe someone going hard core will get better results. I'm ok with slow and steady. I would also combine it with a lazy ass stretch once I got the ligs loose enough. Just pop my cock head behind my thigh while lying on my back and then straighten my leg out thus pulling my dick low. I'd do one on each side. gotta keep things even ya know.

If your ligs need stretching you'll probably gain up to a 1/4 inch in a couple weeks. If they are already stretched you may see less gains. Everyone's different. I kept thinking I had used up all my lig gain potential so I would stop for a while and then come back it with more gains. I may have to go back to it in a few months and see if theres anymore junk hidden back there.

Oh yeah, grip behind the balls. Your balls will be hanging on your fist while you do it.
 
I seem to be really motivated about Pe, especially since I joined this forum. I probably post too much here, but it helps me keep focused.

Decided to measure today just for an average reading to compare to other days measurements.

EBPL 7 7/8"
EG 5 5/8" (didn't squeeze or anything to get this result)

I couldn't have done it without the info and responses from this forum.

Like most guys I was aiming for 8x6. I am almost there. Now I'm think "well gee if I keep going for another year... Perhaps 8.5 x 6.5?" We'll see. I don't worry about length gains, those are easy. It's the girth that seems to come slower. Maybe a year from now i'll quote this post and compare results.
 
no such thing as posting too much rofl...there are a lot of members on this board that have been on for years that don't post...but they might not be doing a routine either...i find the more active i am on the board the more likely i am consistent with my program...but i'm sure there are guys that are dedicated to there routine that only post every couple of months

Thanks for the info, Admiral, I will try your routine. I need some serious length and, of course, more girth wouldn't hurt either. I started as low as 4.5"x4.25" - I guess Penis Enlargement was invented for people like me :blush:
Anyway, I'm making some slow progress, 6.5" is a long term goal, but I really need that length - and the sooner the better, because size seems to be affecting my confidence too much...
So thanks again for sharing this method, I'll probably keep posting to inform you whether that trick works for me or not, but I think it will :)

I think you'll get some good results. Like I said it only helps gain maybe 1.5" - 2" but if you've got the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program going it should go hand in hand with that. That's what I am doing. I'm gaining too. :)
 
I have been working my girth. I am worried it may be affecting my sensitivity. I may have to lay off for a bit. I would love to hear comments on girth work and how to do it safely.

I am doing stretches too. Sort of a mix and match of things. Anything that puts tension on the shaft. I really would like to hit 8" by new years.

Reaching my goal means two things:
1. Cementing that 7.75
2. Gaining possibly more than 8" so as to cement 8".

I have not measured length today but I measured girth and I have a solid 5" and 5/8".

Second goal would be to hit that 5 3/4" mark by the new year.

I have been doing short work outs because I am at my Gf's house a lot. She doesn't know. I think sahe would think I am a freak. It basically consists of:

2 Admiral lig stretches. One for each hand.
1 set of manual stretches
10-15 mins mix of jelqing.

I seem to be hanging lower afterwards. It's fuller too.

I really think my girlfriend is very happy with how it is, as is. I just want to do this for myself.

keep up with your routine...hopefully you can get to that 8" mark by january...as for girth maybe you should just stick to the jelqing or a little bit, how intense are you squeezing? i never had an issue with sensitivity so maybe someone else can help you with that...
 
Well... I have been doing erect jelqs from midshaft to below the head and squeezing from the base to expand everything. I basically fill it up and hold for 10-15 secs. Not a lot of reps. I am probably being pretty rough, but it's not like I ache after a work out.

Sometimes I get those pinprick bruises on the head and today I got a pretty big bruise on the skin of my shaft.

Even with my shorter work out I can see it being fuller after a session.

Measured today again just for tracking reasons. Seem to be slightly smaller today. Maybe I measured wrong the last time or maybe it's just not cemented. I am not disouraged, I have noticed this effect before. It always helps to have a real naked woman in front of you to inspire erections. I have one in particular in mind.

Although I am not seeing gains when erect, I seem to be longer when stretching. Maybe as much as 3/4" longer when stretching flacid compared to a week ago. I used to barely hit my navel, now it's past my navel. I wonder if this will start showing up in my BPenis EnlargementL. I measured my base to my navel and it's 8". Over the navel should be about 8.5".

Girth. Mid shaft everages around 5.5 and a little bit.

I decided to measure my base girth. It's a good 6"+. So when I put it into a girl, by the end of my stroke she's getting a 6" inch split.

It seems to me if I can increase base girth it might stretch upwards to mid shaft girth. I have started experimenting with different base grips. Gripping below the base between my legs where I can't use my thumb. I use a finger against palm grip, kind of like a rock climbing grip called a crimp. Hence I'll just call it crimping.

I am also starting to use my ring finger wrapped around the base and pressing against my top pinky bone for a clamp. Pinky Clamp.

Maybe others do this too.

I'm really wanting to have an even girth as it goes from thickest and tapers toward the head. These new grips should help develop base to mid shaft grith more evenly.

I am noticing that there is a big difference between pre work out measurements and post work out measurements.

I also notice that my length and girth sort of vary a lot depending on whether I have been doing light or intense work outs.

I am curious if the large measurement is sort of a potential size that can be worked toward. If I've been doing stretches for a while I can measure a solid stretched length that is longer. Same goes with Girth.

Maybe this is what DLD is talking about when he says that you need to cement the gain.

Maybe someone with more experience can illuminate me on this.

Is the post work out size my next step. Should this be my goal to cement this size since it is obvious my penis can attain this size?

Hope this all makes sense.

The absence of gains was bugging me. I had to really rethink my routine.

I realized I was not jelqing seriously anymore. A had developed a fear of loss of sesntivity so I laid off on it. I went back to jelqing and instant throbbing thick member. I will have to keep jelqing from now on.

I hadn't been taking my routine seriously enough. A failing in my whole approach to life. So I decided I would start doing a warm up with a hot rag. And do my jelqs with olive oil. After all it's good for your heart right? Must be good for the hard on.

I have some serious progress to achieve in the next month.

I just posted this on another thread but I thought it really described what is going on with me, so I am going to paste it in my progress.

Well I have hit a slump in gains. Today I had sort of a Penis Enlargement depression if you will. Was thinking, "when is this shit gonna get bigger after all this work?"

The thing is it's easy to look at past gains and ignore them and only look at what isn't happening now. It took me a long time to get my 1.75" extra length. It's going to take a year to get another .5 on length and girth probably.

My GF doesn't know I Pe. But she keeps telling me how I have a big one. As she described it... If there's small medium and large, you are definately in the large range. Just not over large.

We seem to be like all the fast food joints when it comes to penis size. What was medium is now considered small and large is considered medium, etc. Gotta keep perspective. Get a ruler and see how long it used to be. Then look at how long it is now. For me it's a 30% gain. If I had a company and profits were up 30% I'd be jumping for joy. Lately all I do is think it's not gaining fast enough. That's stupid.

Another thing my GF told me was, that she was glad it wasn't a super fat one because it's not even possible to give head to one of those. It makes me wonder if I should be going for girth. The thing is I sort of want that 6" girth just so I can feel confident about it's thickness. As usual it comes down to Pe being something I do for myself.

I'm really wanting my 8" by new years. DLD has suggested flaccid jelqs. I'm doing a flaccid jelq/stretch routine. It seems to make it hang longer afterwards.

I did my New Years day measure and hit 8" BPL.

My routine since my last post was pretty simple.

1. Slow flaccid jelqs that were also a stretch as often as possible
2. 2-4 Admirals each morning
3. Manual clamping every now and then

I'm feeling more confident in my relationship. Girls sometimes don't understand what penis size is like for us guys. I guess it's like the FAT word for girls. I know my girlfriend worries about her figure, but she's just amazing and I aften think to myself, what the hell is she worried about she's a fucking goddess. Sex with her and everything else is better than I've ever had. Maybe that is how it is for us guys. Also, the last week I started to get a urinary tract infection. I think the flaccid jelqing had something to do with that. I took some cranberry pills at my GF's suggestion. Everything went back to normal.

Girth is a complicated measurement.

5" at the head
5.5"+ midshaft
6"+ lower quarter of shaft

Girth varies so much at times. It all depends on how excited you are. I seem to shrivel up whenever I reach for something to measure with. LOL

I just read about aares girth excercize. I think I will give it a try and see what happens.

This morning I was looking at my unit and thinking, "Gee it really doesn't look that big to me." The ruler proves I have a 2 inch gain. Funny how your perspective changes as you realize that Pe works.

I've pretty much made up my mind. 9 inches is my new goal over the next year.
 
MOS forum really helps me stay focused on Pe. Reading peoples successes and frustrations helps me keep it in perspective.

My computer died a month ago so I hadn't been able to post for some time. I can only get on by sneaking onto my GF's Comp when she isn't home. I have to remember to delete the history on the broswer so she doesn't catch onto the fact that I am doing Pe.

I wonder when she is going to notice that it's much bigger than when she first met me.

basically just get erect, manual clamp at the base, and squeeze the head, getting all the blood into your shaft.

fast or slow, look up aresstrong's girth post, he does them short and in quick succession.
 
I have been doing daily kegels. I also do some sneak jelqing while flacid. I just do a couple long slow jelq and stretch moves when I got to the bathroom. I seem to be cementing my length goal. I haven't measured yet but I can just tell it's longer.

I have been doing girth work outs. They seem to be working. I see real difference in girth now. It just keeps getting noticeably puffier.

It's pretty strange to look down at my unit now. It looks different. I seem to have someone elses cock now. I never thought that I would be sort of attached to the size it was before. It just looks different. I have a new penis. Strange.

Erection quality doesn't seem to be affected at all either. I still get rock hard ones.
 
Since the beginning of the new year I have been pretty confident about my gains. I still am. I never thought I would get up to 8". I measured yesterday and discovered I am at the 7.5. to 7.9 mark, the usual gain and fall back effect of Penis Enlargement. I figure I need to get on the bandwagon and do another month of intense Pe to regain that last bit and cement the 8".

My goal is to gain enough to get the occasional 8.5" measure. I think it is long enough right now. I'm in a serious relationship. I don't need to impress my girlfriend with my dick. She is impressed with me as a person and she'd swoon over me if I was 4 inches long. I just want to do this for me.

The flacid jelqs seem to really affect my length when soft. I used to be about 3" soft. Now it's anywhere from 4-5.5" soft. It's like having an average sized penis while flacid. Kind of cool.

I have been doing the squeezes for girth and I seem to have some days where it's really fat. Yet when measured last night I was still at 5.5 girth. I can say that it was easier to get a measurement. I think maybe with the proper inspiration my girth is larger. I just seem to always shrink at ruler time.

I really want to work on this girth and make some gains. I am planning for a base of 6.5 and a mid of 6" with the head being about 5.5. I want the same shape I already have only bigger.

I think my goals are a little extravagant. The extra length will come over the next six months. I am not sure about the girth. I am really happy with my girth gains as of this point. I definately gained at least a quarter inch on mid shaft over the last year. That is a lot of volume. If I can even get 1/8th of an inch on girth it will be a huge difference.
