Today's workout is:

15 min warm-up

DLD blaster: 15 reps of 10 secs each. Went really good, i could feel the stretch all the way down through my penis, and i could give it a good pull without the uncomfortable feeling of me breaking something.

Ive tried emailing DLD a few times, is there anyone on here that can assist me with making a routine for myself? so, after watching and reading alot of different Penis Enlargement stuff i have some things i wanna work with.

Bundles
DLD plyometric
clasp knife
head expansion
lazy ass stretch

Most of them are from DLD's own workouts. however there is the clasp knife, which haven't anything to do with pe. but with stretching out your legs for a split.

The theory: make your tug back effect faint out completely and then slowly go out in the out most maximum stretch.

Alot of people who has tryed to go into split and just need to last few inches, can do this to obtain the full split, however it requires a major warmup and it is painfull.

As i see it. a good loooooooong warmup if i then do 500 PC flexes, my cock will probably be tired, and then i will start to do some reverse kegel stuff, and then i will start doing some slow stretches, where is slowly stretch it out, while focusing on my breathing, to maintain a calm nature, this way my cock should be able to ignore as much as the tug back effect as possible. and i will try to get it to 110% of my maximum stretch.

also im going to be playing around with some bundles, since i have never been working with that and i therefor need to get familiar with it.
