I've been lurking for a while. Decided to start a log. Wanted to get serious about this business. I work a job where clothing requirements are lacks and I spent a lot of time standing and sitting, but not necessarily walking around.


Got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] a few months back and got frustrated with it. I revisited with with a custom silicone sleeve and velcro wrap, and now I can wear it long term.

So far today I have worn the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] for 4+ hours and will hopefully wear it for close to 6. (taking a break every two hours or so for about 15 minutes)

I will likely include light hanging from my custom silicone sleeve and it's use as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] at certain angles (e.g. long term between the buttcheeks)
I have a crappy ebay hand pump which I plan on modding with a pump with a gauge from harbor freight.
I also have a pretty big stash of PGE1 which I will include when I get home after extending.
I'll also be applying DMSO and PABA to try and soften the connective tissues.

I don't have a concrete routine, but it seems like If I Penis Enlargement enough hours in the day with various methods then something has got to give...

Great to see that you have created and are keeping up with a routine thread. This is smart on many levels. First, it is great to have a detailed diary of what you did, how you did it and what it caused, a general overview of a detailed log will give you very precise feedback. Next, we have the opportunity, as you fellow Brothers, to help you with navigating your way through this momentous journey. In addition, you are making yourself accountable to the group which allows us to motivate you and you to stay consistent. I would like to see pictures with measurements to make it the perfect log but some are not comfortable with this.
 
I don't have a good enough camera that will get increments on the ruler. But will check it out and see what I can do.

Having issues with slippage. Probably because my silicone sleeve is getting oily. I'm sure cleaning it and adding baby powder will solve this. currently in a theraband + toilet paper wrap. Definitely spoiled by the sleeve.

I can either do 1 or 2 hour sets before it gets too uncomfortable to wear. But I'm getting better about how I wear it daily.

I'm thinkin that sincs I have no real good method to warm up before I do my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] that if I am in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for about an hour it should loosen me up well enough before I put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and it's not as much of a bitch.

These hours I'm getting in are more and more productive as I get used to how the device works. Still need to find a method where I don't get numbness as fast but it's something I'm just dealing with currently. I think the skin on me will adjust to the amount of attention it's been getting. it's pretty raw. The way she goes!

I stretch out well as the day goes on and I need to increase the length. I am at the point where I need to add another bar, I just can't stretch myself out to get the headpiece on the device. I'm going to hang out where I am at until my flaccid is stretchy enough to work with.

Will goof around with my pump later tonight.

Stayed in it for like three hours in stead of 1. I like the stretch so I stayed with it. Made I huge difference when I went to put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] back on. Much less energy to stretch my unit back on to the bars. Currently looking into a DIY method for vac extending so I can still use my sleeves. Probably a more comfortable alternative, although requires yet another learning curve...
 
4+ solid hours yesterday. Got myself to stretch way longer length than normal. ironically I have more time at work. Always got some chick with me at home. Gets in the way...

Had the house to myself last night and was able to experiment with a few things. Ended up working out well.
 
Was able to add the short bar into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on top of the other bars. Cut down on my wear time drastically though. I'm glad my penis has become elastic enough to stretch another half inch. Bunch of short sets yesterday. Pull was a little intense for me.

like 3 hours and 50 minutes today. Was able to do a 1 hour and 50 minute set. None of the other sets to could reach an hour. This must be that 'fatigue' that is widely spoken of. Only going to log this as 3 since I did not quite hit 4. A lot of pain involved in this contraption man. It's not for the feint of heart to use it correctly. No matter who you are or what the wrap is. This thing is brutal. Can comfortably get in the device with the 1/2'' extra rods now so I'm leaving them in.

Total hours 46.

Interesting to see how my measurements might change. Just by virtue of the extra bar I know my flaccid stretch must have gone up considerably. So that must mean something.

taking the 1/2 bar off for now. The stretch is just too intense once I hit fatigue. I can typically get a good 1.5 to 2 hours in it in the beginning of the day. But as the sets go on i'm never good for more than like 45 minutes. So i'm taking the opposite approach and will add the bar later on in the day to get a heftier stretch later instead of trying to stretch with it on all the time.

Yeah DLD. Definitely had some non-productive hours with this thing. Painful time consuming hours.

I think that with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] it's easy to think "I have to be stretching at full capacity!" especially if you're used to doing manuals that way which I am. It's a different mindset and in the beginning it was difficult to find that sweet spot. Sounds like you're listening to your body.
 
I'm tryin, it's tough. Hopefully it will work out. I'm not even really counting this first month of use. It's really that big of a learning curve for this thing. I don't care what anyone says. I'm going to measure BPFL but nothing else after the first month. After I get used to usthe ing this thing after the first month or so I'll start including other exercises.

I've read a lot of stuff about how people don't see results if they stretch at too much tension anyhow and how most studies I've seen suggest low/moderate tension. That's when I feel the springs on the device have some give anyway. Sometimes I feel like my penis just wants to retract even more if I stretch at too much tension.
 
The best way to gain using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] is really a mix of a few different components. First, Active training, or training with intensity to break down tissue, is the main goal using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], next would be Passive sessions that focus more on a light to medium stretch meant to secure the gains of the Active session. Now, within these two styles, in between sets, be sure to get the third component in, Rotary Stretches and Behind the Cheeks Stretches...no more than 2 minutes each. This will be a the perfect routine for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].
 
I'm at well over 4 hours today. But i'm having a problem and it has nothing to do with the wrap since I have changed it out so many times. It seems like I always get this pain on the left side of my penis just below the glans. Like I'm pissing off a vein or something. I have no clue what it is, but I always hurt in this same spot no matter how I wrap. Sometimes the pain is so bad it makes me sweat. It's a shame because if this pain was not here I could stretch for SO MUCH longer.

I'm debating on when I will measure. I'll either do it at 100 hours or 1 month. I have not decided. I'm leaning toward 100 hours though.


Any suggestions? I don't want to be a slave to the ruler. I think seeing 1-2 mm differences are within the error of human measurement anyway.

I agree with the slavery comment, it is a true obsession that can deter gains. I suggest once per month for erect gain measurements. However, I do suggest weekly measurements of flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed length and the measurement of girth after a workout to make sure there is a temp gain.
 
Thanks for the input DLD. As of right now I am just 'measuring' based off of the fact that I have to twist the rods more and more to get the same stretch. So at least I know that's going somewhere.

Looks like coaxing is the way to go.

I know my BPFSL is longer than it was... I may have cheated and did a half assed comparison...

Good to hear, I guess my advice was off, sorry bout that. I am happy to know you have corrected this.
 
Your advice wasn't off! I'm not trying to challenge you. I do however think that they method you use is much better suited for somebody who isn't walking around with it on. If that's the case I think lower tension is better because when you walk around the and aren't relaxed the device changes tension with the walking (always to the higher setting) So if you walk around with it at a higher tension, the machine has no give and you'll choke yourself. Versus lower tension when you walk around it will shift to higher tension and will have give.


I think this is the advice you were talking about? Lay it on me!

I see that now:) I was under the impression it was another member who was having an issue....I was going too fast. Your technique is just fine:)
 
6+ hours today. Sweet. Really digging the lower tension. Feels good to look down and see a third block showing instead of two and having to tighten it. I only tighten after I take off and recirculate. I don't screw with the tension while it's on. Cuts down my wear time dramatically. If anything letting it sit even longer at a lower tension (e.g. from two to three blocks) helps cement that I think.

I feel like if I am constantly raising the tension throughout the day (like every hour or two) my penis likes to turtle back.

Thanks Neo. I'm trying to document this best I can. Will take pictures after first measure. I planned on getting a new phone for better pictures, but now I think I've been in the stretcher too long to say I have not gained anything.

Another 5+ hours today. Sweet.

Looks like I will also hit greater than 100 hours per month. Also sweet. Will have to determine what my next measuring point is. I don't know why I am putting it off.

I put the lip of the tape measure under the base. Seemed like the best way to go.

Hours seem to be racking up fast! and considering I round down all my hours when I time them as well I'm sure I'm significantly higher. I continue to have to increase my stretching length, so something is going on. Learning to use this thing is a bitch, but when you do it becomes a much more effective tool.

Even today, after years of using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I still come up with new ideas and ways to use the device. As a matter of fact there are fine adjustments at the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] that I have just become proficient with. Never mind the attachments! I still have much learning there as it continually changes!

I'm very new to Penis Enlargement. I'm just doing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] right now. I think theslower the gains are the more permanent they are. Plus I'd rather not risk making my penis hypoelastic.

I don't think jelqing will hurt anything. It's more of a health exercise than a size one anyway from what I have read and can tell.

You know it DLD. I had to give this a fighting chance. It's the only thing that's peer reviewed! I couldn't just dick around with it for a few weeks and say it didn't work!

I've got faith.

The biggest seller for me was that it's likely the gains I get from this I'll keep. Even if they are slower. I'm just paranoid about adding other exercises that might toughen my unit. Will post measurements soon.
 
Yea it's probably something that needs to be eased into if you are going to do multiple things. There's a guy who claims to have gained 3 or so inches from just jelqing and I have heard of a bunch of others who have made similar claims from what I have read.
