Comments: Today was the first time I haven't really felt the ligs being stretched greatly, indicating to me that already my ligaments are becoming conditioned to the work I've given them. It won't be long now that regular out and down stretching won't do anything to stress the ligaments at all, and my entire routine will have to focus around DLD Blasters and BTC stretches. Unfortunately, the Blasters do not feel like they are stressing the ligs so much either based on this workout. It could be that I am simply doomed for the long road of stretching: hitting the tunica. My LOT is a minimal 6, so that could be part of the problem. I will continue hitting the ligs, however, as long as I see gains and "feel" them being stretched.

Thanks for commenting 11x7...I won't lie, I don't have a set kegel routine. I kegel during my wet jelqs each rep, so I think it turns out be around 200-300 kegels for a 20-30 minute session. I also kegel/reverse kegel for DLD Blasters, but that's already part of the exercise.

I would like to develop one though. Do you recommend any certain routine?

It sounds like you have them well integrated into your routine. I've cut way back in my stretching routine as of late, but I have been doing a lot of kegeling throughout the day--and it seems to be making a big difference in my flaccid hang, my flaccid stretch, and in my morning woodies. I had kind of forgotten about them. I've been getting some great flaccid stretches and much better woodies. I'm not sure whether it's my "less is more" approach as of late, or the kegels--probably a combination of both.

I kegel whenever I think about it throughout the day. I'd be interested to see if it makes a difference in your results if you tried this approach.

Thanks Goin, I too am on a less is more approach myself. So far the hardest part is forcing myself to stay away from exercising, just because we have this idea of constant Penis Enlargement'ing gives constant progress, and well because it just feels great!

But, I think I am going to force myself to kegel more and see what happens with my gains, as you have done. On the days I do not wet jelq I will do your approach - the "whenever I think of it" approach. I bet it equals out to about a few hundred per day for sure.

Thanks Aeroth. I don't count the number of jelqs, but when I am going hard (which is most of the session) the reps last about 3-4 seconds. I'm guessing I get in about 18 jelqs in per minute, so for a 30 minute session that's 540 jelqs. It could be more or less, but I judge by intensity of reps and the expansion I get each rep too, and will continue to increase time based on how the workouts feel and the gains I will get.

I next measure in two weeks - February 13th.
