It sounds like you have them well integrated into your routine. I've cut way back in my stretching routine as of late, but I have been doing a lot of kegeling throughout the day--and it seems to be making a big difference in my flaccid hang, my flaccid stretch, and in my morning woodies. I had kind of forgotten about them. I've been getting some great flaccid stretches and much better woodies. I'm not sure whether it's my "less is more" approach as of late, or the kegels--probably a combination of both.
I kegel whenever I think about it throughout the day. I'd be interested to see if it makes a difference in your results if you tried this approach.
