I mainly just pulled my cock to get my length gains.

Mainly foot assisted meaning you use your legs to push the stretch as much as possible. I'm sure there are links to videos on here showing it.. Very effective because of the power you get from your legs.

I also used to jelq but not anymore. Now I'm mainly into clamping.
 
bigbuttlover are you using the Footlong stretches or something different?
 
Superb looking length. I have just hit 8.5 (8 1/2 inches) myself from 8.2-8.3 and that makes a big difference just that 1/4 inch so an extra 1/2 inch to hit 9 for me would be massive! 9 inches would be the cream le creme for me and my finishing measurement for length I think. You've done grand, good work.

Yes I use footlongs a lot. I feel like it's really the only way I feel any sort of stretch or soreness during a stretch. If I don't use my feet, I can literally pull as hard as I want in any direction and it feels like nothing. The foot gives me enough power to push it to the point where I can really feel the stretch. Pretty sure you have to feel it to gain in length..

Very excited because I already am getting girth gains. Not sure if they are cemented but I can clearly see it's getting fatter and wider.

In fact a girl who I've been fucking for probably 4 years commented on it the other night without me even mentioning anything.
