First of all, I don't hang and I don't use a pump or a cock ring.
In fact, I don't use any mechanical device to do my routine. I never have, and I don't intend to--at least not at this time. Never say "never!" Right??
Lol, lol.
I do pop an occasional 1/4, (25 mg) of Viagra to, as my old urologist used to say, "prime the pump." But I've already learned that I can get the same effect from a twenty minute wet jelqing session.
Regarding my routine:
I don't know for sure that stretching reduced my morning woodies. But since that is all I was doing at the time, I'm assuming that was the reason.
What I'm learning, though, (I'm a slow learner, lol, lol,)
is that there MAY BE a cause and effect connection between just stretching and the loss of morning woodies. And then again, there may not be a direct causal relationship.
That's one of the problems with this whole business of P.E.
Regarding my routine with kegeling and jelqing, I don't count reps any more.
In fact, I stopped counting reps after about two to three weeks into P.E. when I first started almost two and a half years ago. I was getting bored with the whole thing.
What worked then and still works for me is the time I put into it. I jelq and kegel for (I dunno), probably a half hour to an hour every day. Some days I'll jelq and then stretch, all the while kegeling and edging like crazy, for one to two hours. If no one is home, (which is rare), I'll go for at least two hours.
When I do the really long sessions, I do a lot of edging--I mean A LOT!!
If I'm in bed and alone, I'll edge for maybe a half hour some days before I start a dry jelq routine.
(I dry jelq in bed). I wet jelq in my private bathroom--only I use it.
I don't keep track of reps. I just try to keep track of time. But I rarely watch the clock, so again, I'm "guesstimating." I just listen to my body and go from there. If I'm "horned up," and no one is around, I think my session is much more effective and efficient and with no interference from people or phones, I can go much longer.
This is true, by the way, for most of life's activities, isn't it?
But, BBL, whether I'm stretching the sucker, or jelqing, I kegel a lot--short kegels, five second kegels, thirty second kegels. I keep varying them so I don't get bored with it all.
I also alternate stretching, kegeling and jelqing as much as I can for the same reason, so I don't get bored.
But whatever I'm obsessed with never leads to boredom. That's the nature of an obsession, right? IT IS A LOT PSYCHOLOGICAL, DON'T YOU THINK?
And it does help to be obsessive/compulsive when it comes to P.E.
So much of my routine now is "unconscious." What I mean by this is that I've been doing it so regularly and for 29 months now, that I follow whatever my body and its rhytHydromaxs dictate.
For example, I'll awake in the middle of the night pulling and yanking the shit out of my cock. What I've discovered is that I do it in my sleep. If I awake during the night, which is rare, and I can't get back to sleep, and I'm horny, and the Mrs. doesn't want to be disturbed, I do a stretch routine for an hour or so.
It does relieve anxiety and it does require a lot of energy, and it does lead me back to sleep.
Would you describe what you mean by "clamping?"--if I understood you correctly?
