Thanks for the reply dude. You have a pretty hardcore routine there! Seems like you have a very in shape kegel muscle. I do about 50 5 second holds a day along with a few 30 second holds. But to me kegels are so boring, I just cant do many or it drives me crazy lol. However I am beginning to think that the bigger your cock gets, the more kegels you need to do to maintain good erection quality. I am gonna up it to 75 a day and see if my erections are better.
