So what do you think of the shorter girth routines? I would also do more of them in one day if I had intervals of time like that. I notice that when I do the shorter girth routines that I can get to max expansion ALOT quicker.

Well the past couple weeks have mainly been unproductive workouts for whatever reason, so I think I am going to wait a bit long until I measure. I may wait until I can get 6.25 expansion or something like that.

I like them, since as you say, you can get max expansion a lot quicker. But, it tends to make me think about my dick a little too much during the day. lol Also, it seems like it gives me a bit of ED, and I need to be ready to go at any time in case the lady friend stops by.

Well I really would be happy with a solid 6. But, if I feel like it, and I am not too sick of playing with my dick, I would push on to as big as maybe 6.25 or 6.5. Although, I think girth gains of over 1 inch are very unlikely.
 
Got up to 6 1/8 again. I am on a role now. I have been doing manual for the first 35 minutes or so, then putting on the ring and doing some stuff with it on. I have also been incorporating some sadsak slinky/ DLD bend type of movements into the routine to target my lower midshaft which is a bit less girthy. I think its working.
 
I think I am going to try either a 1 off, 1 on routine, or a 2 on 1 off routine. I like to Penis Enlargement nearly every day, but I am getting sick of watching that much adult entertainment. More rest could be good for gains.

In the past, it seems like I was either really inconsistent, or have been Penis Enlargementing almost every day. I have not really given a try something like a 1 on, 1 off.
 
The GF just stopped by to give me a little break from writing my paper which is due tomorrow. She said "I've got some cookie for your big dick, I am coming over". Then she came over and sat on it for a good 15 minutes. Then I politely asked her to leave, so I could get some work done. I didn't blow my load because I am on my meds right now, plus I wanted to save it for tonights session. :D

The point of this is, I took off yesterday, so its been around 48 hours since my last workout and my dick was hard and huge! Looked much girthier than normal. Gains are on the way, and I will definitely be taking more rest days (I must be strong, and resist the urge to work out).

Tonight I am doing an all out session, the minute I get done writing this bastard!
 
Yesterday was an off day. Today or tonight I am going all out balls to the wall session. I feel rested and motivated.

I have been doing all manual the past couple workouts, then at the very end I put on the cockring and edge.

I have been doing something that is really effective for me manually. I basically just clamp off at the base, I do a 30 second uli, 30-45 second horse squeeze, then I do ~30 seconds erect bends/sadsak slinky to the left and right, then I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] to the forward motion, then to the back. The whole thing takes about 3-4 minutes, and I make sure and get at least 10 of these. This has been working really well for me, and gets me HUGE quick.

I find that if I don't have a set number of excercises or number of squeezes to complete, I tend to jelq and masturbate too much and I don't get as much work done.
 
OK, this 1 off 1 on stuff ain't so bad. I think I can handle it. I will stick with it and measure in one month. If no gains, then I will go back into a more regular routine.

Last night I worked out for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes. This included several re-warm ups though, and also a good part of it was just edging with a cockring on. I had 6 1/8 expansion after I was done squeezing, but after all the edging it was down to a very hard 6 inches.
 
Damn dude, you do some serious volume with the girth. :D

Tried bumping up the intensity? Try just squeezing the life out of it during each squeeze. Like to the point your arms are shaking :D. You'll get a big pump much quicker.

Sometimes I squeeze hard, but yeah not to the point of shaking. I don't have the super steel bending grip power of you though... That whole workout only consisted of around 50 minutes of real squeezing though. Maybe tonight I will try to squeeze harder.

I am feeling a little iffy about my 1 off 1 on routine. I may throw in some extra work days if I feel like it.
 
Workouts are going good, usually I have 36 hours of rest between. I am throwing in some 5 minute clamping sets to help when my grip tires out. I like them a lot. I haven't been using any V either.

I just got a dog so I have been pre-occupied with her lately. She is an American Bulldog, kinda like a pit bull.
 
Been doing short workouts, almost every day. I don't expect any gains. I guess this is kind of a good mental break for me. Once I get into a better schedule with everything I have going on I will be back at full force.

My goal is to be a solid 5.75 by Sept. 1st 2005.

Thats cool. I meant shorter like 20-30 max. But I am liking the 30 minute workouts, where I squeeze as hard as I can. I am just in kind of a Penis Enlargement slump now though. I am going through with the workouts, but just not motivated.
 
Taking some V tonight, which I haven't done in a while, should have a nice session. The GF has been getting in the way of my workouts lately.
